Following the unanimous on-chain vote approving the proposal to reduce the network's coin emission rate, new Particl Core binaries are now available ahead of the February 1st, 2026 hardfork (12:00:00 UTC).

fwiw, we've deployed a fully decentralized MAD escrow system that chains Confidential Transactions (CT) with RingCT transactions. The end result is an anonymous escrow mechanism end-to-end.
We'd be happy to walk you through it, although it's not EVM per say (UTXO-based).
