Bill did a nice feature on my cartoon series several years ago for his show. I liked him personally, but he has really shown himself to be an elitist jerk. Troy isn't "just a logger." He spent 20 years in the Maine Legislature, including six years as Senate President.

As a kid, I worked for John Reed and Bill Cohen. In college, I became a Democrat because of an ill-advised war , like Trump's adventure in Iran. One goes to college to learn new things. I learned to be a Democrat.

#OTD, October 25, 1806, Revolutionary War hero Henry Knox died when a sharp chicken bone perforated his bowels at his home in Thomaston, Maine.
2,000 people traveled from around the country to attend his funeral.
The son of Scots-Irish immigrants from #Ulster, Knox was a hero in the #AmericanRevolution, and the nation's First Secretary of War, appointed by President George Washington.
He is buried in Thomaston, Knox County, Maine.
