Thankful to have the Hamilton family here for @slconference. I so appreciate Ron Hamilton’s friendship over the years and the continuing ministry of this family. Majesty Music/Patch the Pirate is providing a program for children each night of #slc26.

Did you know that childcare for @slconference is provided free of charge when both parents are registered delegates?
Children will love their evening services, including Patch the Pirate rallies with leaders from Majesty Music.

Completely agree.
Entertainment has an exorbitant impact on worldview and values.
Be picky.
Might I suggest patchthepirate.org
I hear it’s good stuff 😏

You never know what your mother-in-law will say about you, but I loved hearing this on the radio.
It’s an honor to run a family business and the @PatchAdventures ministry. Strong families have always been the backbone of our nation. In Congress I will fight for families.

It’s official—I just filed to run for US Congress.
Time to bring the voice of the people back to Washington.

Many of you will know the name Patch the Pirate, or Ron Hamilton, of Majesty Music. Thousands of children and families have enjoyed his God-honoring “Patch the Pirate Adventures” and sing-along songs over the years.
Even if you don’t recognize the name Majesty Music, you may know some of their songs as we’ve partnered with them to produce the traditional songs we use for our popular Answers VBS programs.
Ron Hamilton went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 19, 2023 after battling dementia. His legacy will live on through the ministry of music the Lord called him to including through the @AiG VBS programs we produce each year.
I encourage you to watch the livestreamed service tomorrow, April 29, at 10:30 a.m. (eastern time) to remember his work for the Lord and his legacy: majestymusic.com/

The PCC family is saddened to hear of the passing of Ron Hamilton, known by countless children as Patch the Pirate. Ron's legacy as a visionary musician and composer of Christian children's music is unparalleled. Pensacola Christian College was privileged to have Ron as a frequent special musician on campus, ministering to students and staff alike. In recognition of his devoted service, the College bestowed upon him an honorary doctorate in 1991. Since then, Ron's music has been woven throughout the fabric of PCC, from worshipful congregational songs in chapel to uplifting selections aired regularly on Rejoice Radio. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ron's wife, Shelly; their children, Tara, Alyssa, Megan, and Jason; and his family and friends during this difficult time.
