I'm overjoyed to say that as of 1am, my @Twitch account was reinstated, and outside of a little bit of fussing around, I'm back without further issue. Whilst I appreciate getting a response from @TwitchSupport with the ticket, it's still unacceptable that this happened at all.

I've done nothing wrong, so what's happening? And why does the appeal system immediately decide that I'm rejected, despite the submission message saying that a representative will review the case?
