Nova will not be d/c on my bday after all. Another day another issue.
I’m going to be staying again tonight and heading back to my town in the middle of the night because I have a really important appointment every other Thursday at 6am. I can’t miss and I can’t reschedule.
My moms still here (has called in multiple days for these changes so I’m trying to keep her happy and fed and rested. she’s sending me in her car tonight and she will stay with Nova til I can get back here. They can’t discharge in the morning anyway so it’s just how I have to do it now. Might have to also pick up my other two before driving all the way back here to hospital since their dad works and already called in today for her discharge to come home. They will have to find fun things to do with my mom in town or something since they can’t be here at the hospital.
I discussed with the day nurse as well as the speech therapist that I have come to trust, and mentioned some issues I’ve had with the nurse M, because I was told she would be back with us tonight. I said can we please not. I was nice about it but I explained why.
They apologized for us being in that position Halloween night with them overloading her with other babies to care for when it was supposed to be our night to practice and get to go home. And in turn she ended up putting Nova in dangerous situation. We will be getting a different nurse tonight.
Hoping I can catch up on some sleep before I have to do this drive back to back, since last night sleep didn’t work out and Nova’s now been asleep on my mom for the last 5 hours. She puked and screamed all night long, and all morning long too.
We Will be traveling for cleft palate treatments soon, so I’m posting my links again.

Not saying im better. We all fail at something. But my ex wanted us to move in together. It sounded great right? Save money, close to college then motivate each other. But i said no. I had to think what example i would set for my future children.

1. My heart breaks for those who make time and money their god. This idolatry is oppressive.
2. I’d for sure officiate the wedding of two non-Christians. As long as they’re okay with me telling the truth about what marriage is and who and what it’s for, I’m in. This is a 10/10 evangelism opportunity straight out of Eph 5:32.
3. But, two professing Christians who are sinning highhandedly? No. “For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside.” 1 Co 5:12–13).
I politely told him that i also did not believe in moving in before marriage. He then told me he actually did not believe in marriage anymore. I was shocked. Sadly his parents divorced and he became broken by it. I get it. But i told him i know there are other women for him.

📍Broken Arrow, OK - FBI Charged Couple with producing CSAM Material with 2 Year Old.
After a years long investigation, the FBI has announced the arrest of Dakota and Willie Horn, who are both accused of making child sexual abuse material with a 2-year-old child they were babysitting, then putting it on the dark web.
Investigators say after discovering the CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) on the dark web in 2022, years of digital analysis eventually helped them identify the child victim and the two suspects in Tulsa County.
The FBI says in the videos, the child’s face was visible but the woman’s was not. But, the woman had a distinct tattoo on her arm and wedding ring on her finger.
In 2023, investigators say they found more videos of the same victim being abused by a man with distinct freckles all over his body.
Documents say in one video the child was being sexually abused by the man, and a woman can be heard saying sexual things and when the child starts crying, the woman slaps the child and says “shut up.”
Investigators say they used the suspects tattoo, ring, a YouTube video playing in the background and other objects in the bedroom to help narrow their search. Investigators say they observed items in the background of the CSAM videos and matched those to pictures on Dakota and Willie’s social media pages.
Investigators say they also used age progression technology and did an open image search on Facebook and Instagram, to identify the child.
The suspects were arrested in Tulsa County at the end of October 2026.
When questioned, Dakota admitted they had babysat the child and admitted she and her ex-husband. Willie Horn, had made the videos and said there was another victim.
When questioned, Willie Horn identified Dakotas tattoos in the videos and other items, but denied knowing anything about child sexual abuse.
Investigators say they arrest and prosecute people all the time who download and possess child sexual abuse material, but they say going after the people who are creating the material is virtual. They say the child sex abuse doesn’t stop after stopping the record button, the victims are re victimized every time someone views the picture or video.

Nova’s surgery set back again, about an hour from now. Thank you guys for the prayers as it was scheduled to be happening.
That actually warmed my heart so much to see that when I got on here to inform everyone of surgery time change.
I don’t know if she will even be awake from anesthesia by the time I get there tonight to cuddle her for as long as I can. Husband works tomorrow so it’s a lot of resource expenditure to take the family up there and back home in the same evening and not get to stay all that long due to travel time there and back. Then he has to have me back again Friday while having to pay for the hotel for me to stay near her a couple more days.
Any amount matters in this situation.
