There is a myriad of Victorian state laws One Nation could repeal, that currently hamper free speech.
Racial Discrimination legislation (both criminal and civil), the Equal Opportunity Act, Racial and Religious Tolerance Act, "offensive conduct" being redrawn so it can't be weaponisided against political speech.
These are just a handful of laws that if they they win VIC government, they could remove.
The fact they won't commit to that as a matter of policy is suspicious.
