These pupils trained superbly well tonight, taking on board concepts of 1 v 1 development with a focus on escaping pressure. #Extracurricularfootball #HelesPE #Deliberatepractice

Great performance from our year 8’s this evening to win through to the next round of the Plymouth Cup @PlymstockS. Both teams played the game in the right spirit with some good football on show ⚽️ #HelesPE
Cracking way to end our sporting fixtures for the week with both our year 8 and year 9 basketball teams triumphant in their fixtures tonight. Both teams have experienced losses of late so great character shown and bouncebackability . Well done boys ⚽️🏀 #HelesPE #HelesSport
Great to see a good turnout for year 7 football training tonight. Lads have worked hard on the theme of counter pressing. Unfortunately we have some Liverpool and Man City fans amongst the players!! It did mean they picked up the concept quickly!
Congratulations to our U12 Futsal teams who finished 1st and joint 3rd in the U12 Plymouth Futsal competition. Hele’s A won 3-0 in their final whilst Hele’s B drew 1-1 in the 3rd place play off. Amazing what the power of practice can do #HelesPe #Helesfutsal
