Marathons are not a particularly “healthy” activity.

First off, I certainly did not “bully” you at all. I made a respectful observation of fact.
Second, using “I have a condition” as a shield against truth/genuine discussion, is the only “bullying” occurring here.
Third, to answer your question, I’m aware of many “conditions” that have been used as excuses for difficulty to lose weight over the years and I reject the vast majority of them.
There’s nothing “wrong” with your body. Your “condition” only notices trends of fat accumulation in certain areas (typically limbs), it does not change the laws of thermodynamics.
Also, having fluids drained is typically reserved for lymphedema, as it doesn’t address the adipose tissue. It sounds to me like that’s being used as a “liposuction” of sorts.
In any case, all I was saying is that the difference in the photos is not simple “I lost 15 lbs”, and we now know I am correct.
I’d recommend functional strength training and a relatively high-protein, moderate carb/slightly low-fat diet combined with some aerobic/anaerobic work to address/solve the issues or they will return/continue.
