Challenge accepted and done 🥹🔥 My first little AI automation project. I created a Telegram customer support chatbot named Vexa AI. I built the workflow using Telegram, Storage by Zapier, Delay by Zapier and AI by Zapier. The chatbot can receive multiple messages, wait, combine them into one conversation, and generate a single AI response. It was a hustle at first, almost crashed out.. but I’m glad it came through 😭❤️ first AI automation project completed, can’t wait to build more 🥺

So, my assigned task this internship was to work on a skincare brand’s automation agent.. Was a smooth ride, but still had to solve a chatbot handoff challenge by capturing unresolved customer enquiries in Airtable and setting up automated email alerts for support agents..

Just wrapped another little AI automation project 😩 Built a customer feedback workflow for Sparlex, a spa business concept, using Zapier, AI, Gmail & Google Forms. It wasn’t completely smooth sailing 😭 had a few issues with the workflow and email setup, but after some troubleshooting, I got everything working.. Customer submits feedback, AI analyzes it, happy/unhappy customers get the right response automatically. Another one down. We moveee 🥹💗
