🚨 CONVICTED CHILD RAPIST ALLEGEDLY USING FAKE NAME ON FACEBOOK
William Cooper was jailed for raping a 12-year-old girl after befriending her on Snapchat and luring her to meet him.
Cooper was 17 when he attacked the child in a field near a primary school in December 2019. He later admitted rape at Bolton Crown Court and was sentenced to four years in prison.
The court heard the girl repeatedly told him to stop, but he continued. As she fled in tears, he threatened her, warning her not to tell anyone.
She remained silent for six days before breaking down and telling a pastoral care teacher. The attack left her frightened around men and boys, struggling in lessons and fearing people walking behind her.
Cooper claimed he thought she was closer to 15, but the judge said he had done nothing to check her age and knew she was below the age of consent.
He was also given a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life.
Cooper is now reportedly using the name “Lee Cooper” on Facebook.

🚨 SERIAL CHILD SEX OFFENDER REPORTEDLY ACTIVE ON FACEBOOK UNDER HIS REAL NAME
Michael Tatham, of Reading, was first caught in 2017 after showing a barmaid a video depicting the rape of a young girl. Police discovered more than 1,300 indecent images of children.
Despite admitting possession of more than 100 of the most serious category of images and five videos of child sexual abuse, he avoided immediate imprisonment.
In 2023, Tatham was jailed for 17 months after being caught with further indecent images, including more than 150 Category A images depicting the most extreme abuse.
Investigators also found a browser capable of accessing the dark web, which he had used to conduct illegal searches.
Now, concerns have been raised that Tatham is active on Facebook under his real name, reportedly using a profile picture showing him wearing sunglasses.
