Under thunderous skies, enormous and beautiful wild carrot at @PennInf. Flowers beg for creative art! A school mini meadow which entered its poppy phase during lockdown. Seeded last year. Not a ‘wild’ meadow but still a meadow for#NationalMeadowsDay @LymoTweetUp @jackdaviesld
Year 2 have received CPR and AED defibrillator awareness training this morning which supports our vision and curriculum intention in many ways, particularly ‘Responsible Citizens’. Thank you Lymington and Sway Community First Responders!
Our fabulous School Council introduced Thursday’s ‘Inside Out Day’ by wearing their uniform inside out. It’s a reminder that how we look on the outside may not be how we are feeling on the inside so we should always be kind!
We will@be taking part again, as usual! Through ‘Find your Brave’ theme we will be helping children to build confidence, self esteem and feeling good about themselves @PSHEassociation @childrenmhealth @Place2Be
A wonderful pantomime of Aladdin to enrich the children’s learning of tales in English. Thank you West Midlands Theatre company!
Children are still talking about the day Aaron Phipps came to our school and inspired us to be the best we can be. We remember his words of encouragement in chasing our dreams and goals when faced with challenges! @JigsawPSHE @childrenmhealth @PSHEassociation
Jigsaw Jack with his and every child’s individual treasure chest of dreams and goals. This week’s theme is staying motivated when doing something challenging @JigsawPSHE @childrenmhealth

Today #NewForest @friends_earth took down the plastic tree from the Council & @NewForestNPA HQ. Children’s hoops have made folk ask questions, as much about the tree as about #singleuse plastics. Well done to 20 @NewForestSussed schools
Today is World Kindness Day! Let’s keep the acts of kindness going. Be kind! #MentalHealthAwareness #WorldKindnessDay
Our fabulous School Council led an assembly this week on the new reward system for following the Pennington Promise. How many pieces of treasure can each house team earn in order to win a fun activity each week? Well done & thank you to the School Council & Mrs Breaker! Love it!
We are thrilled with how many parents joined us for our Open Mornings this week. Such positive feedback on our ethos and the wonderful behaviour and learning of our children! Thank you!
