😠EXPAND🤔 $CVAT UN-FRICKING-REAL! I don't know what moron was dumping shares into this news, but watching @cvatinfo_ get hammered yesterday is absolutely mind boggling to me (though shenanigans isn't foreign to the OTC). Are people actually reading the filings?! We're talking about a company with a $35 MILLION CASH TENDER OFFER that has officially COMMENCED, with an initial estimated consideration of approximately $0.105 PER SHARE! And yesterday we closed at $0.027?! WHAT THE HELL ARE WE DOING HERE?! I've been following this company since August of last year. I've interviewed CEO Neil Voloshin repeatedly, met with him and reviewed the patented tech, challenged him on the delays, asked about financing, and questioned the entire process. When the original EGS transaction ran into problems, Neil didn't say "fuck it" like 90% of OTC CEO's would have. He worked through an alternative with BrightFlixx Finance. And what happened? DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT EXECUTED. SEC TENDER OFFER FILED. FORMAL CASH OFFER COMMENCED. How many times have we watched OTC companies promise acquisitions that never make it past a press release? Well, here's a company that actually advanced to the formal tender offer stage, and we're watching people sell shares into the news. I understand taking profits. I understand managing risk. But I also understand basic math. At yesterday's $0.027 closing price, the initial estimated tender consideration of $0.105 represents nearly 289% potential upside if the transaction closes at that price. DECEMBER 24 IS LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AWAY! That's when the share count and liabilities used to calculate the final tender price will be determined. The initial expiration is January 26, subject to extensions. I'm not telling anyone to blindly buy shares. I'm telling people to READ THE DAMN DOCUMENTS and understand what they're looking at.
