Yes, Haley Stevens explicitly identifies as a Zionist.
Though she is not Jewish, the Michigan Congresswoman has publicly stated on multiple occasions, "I belong in the Democratic Party as a Zionist. I'm going to keep saying that", and has clarified during congressional hearings, "I am myself a Zionist and I am not Jewish".
