News: Perspective’s Bamzireotide Navoxetan (VMT-α-NET) Demonstrates Encouraging Safety, Durable Disease Control, and Robust Tumor Response Across Multiple Dose Cohorts in Phase 1/2a Trial in Advanced SSTR2-Expressing NETs Updated interim data presented at #ESMO26 today show that in the ongoing Phase 1/2a study in patients with SSTR2-positive NETs who had not received prior #radiopharmaceutical therapy, disease control rate (DCR) was 89% in Cohort 2 (5.0 mCi, n=46) and 95% in Cohort 3 (6.0 mCi, n=20). Progression-free survival (PFS) was 72% at 18 months across all cohorts. Objective response rates (ORRs), including unconfirmed responses, were 33% and 50% in Cohorts 2 and Cohort 3, respectively. Higher responses were observed in Cohort 3 relative to Cohort 2 at early assessments. No dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), Grade 4 or 5 treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), or adverse event-related treatment discontinuations were reported. We're aiming to complete Phase 3 site start-up preparations around year-end 2026, positioning us to rapidly activate clinical sites following an End-of-Phase 2 meeting with the FDA, with Phase 3 initiation expected in 2027. Perspective will hold a conference call to discuss the results today at 2pm EDT / 8pm CEST. Targeted delivery has already transformed #oncology through approaches such as ADCs and T-cell engagers. #Radiopharmaceuticals extend that principle by pairing tumor targeting with a highly potent radiation payload. As Chief Science Officer Paul Lyne notes, targeted alpha therapies are especially compelling because alpha particles deliver intense energy over a very short distance, designed to maximize tumor damage while limiting exposure to surrounding healthy tissue. That combination of precision and potency is a key reason targeted alpha therapy is one of oncology’s most promising modalities. #CATX #TargetedOncology

Broader RPT adoption will take more than new therapies. Perspective was very pleased to join Lilly as an industry co-lead for American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO)'s sixth #Radiopharmaceutical Therapy Roundtable in Boston last month. The discussion focused on what needs to be in place for broader adoption: multidisciplinary care, trial-ready sites, trained teams, appropriate infrastructure, and workable reimbursement models. Thanks to ASTRO and colleagues across the industry, academia, and clinical practice for a productive discussion on what comes next. #ASTRO26 #TargetedOncology

News: Perspective Therapeutics Announces Acceptance of [²¹²Pb]VMT01 Data for Presentation at SITC 2026 VMT01 is being studied in previously treated unresectable or metastatic #melanoma, both as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab. Early data from the 3.0 mCi monotherapy cohort showed objective responses and disease stabilization in heavily pretreated patients. No dose-limiting toxicities have been observed at doses studied. Data from the ongoing Phase 1/2a study will be presented November 6 at #SITC2026. tinyurl.com/53hp59xf #CATX #TargetedOncology #Immunotherapy

Therapeutic window, or the balance between anti-tumor activity and safety and tolerability, is central to how we think about developing targeted alpha therapies. At the Cantor Global Healthcare Conference, Perspective CEO Thijs Spoor discussed how the VMT-α-NET profile observed to date informs our understanding of the therapeutic window, and the importance of longer-term follow-up. #CATX #Radiopharmaceuticals #TargetedOncology

We followed patients treated with investigational targeted alpha radiopharmaceutical therapy VMT-α-NET over 22 months of study, tracking how tumors responded. The data show responses generally deepened over time, with more patients reaching objective response the longer they were followed. Most recent data presented at ASCO 2026, with data cutoff date of April 17, 2026. For more, see: tinyurl.com/mrxxpxub and tinyurl.com/4zujhp6r #CATX #Radiopharmaceuticals #TargetedOncology

Lead-212 targeted alpha therapy may do more than kill tumor cells. It may also promote immune activation. In preclinical melanoma models in mice, Perspective’s investigational therapy VMT01 triggered a tumor-specific immune response and showed cooperative anti-tumor effects with two checkpoint inhibitors. Lead-212 acts quickly: by the 2–5-day window after tumor cell death, when antigen-presenting cells accumulate, less than 5% of its activity remains. That timing may make lead-212 particularly well suited to checkpoint combinations. VMT01 is now being studied in a Phase 1/2a melanoma trial, as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab. New clinical data is expected in late 2026. Read more: tinyurl.com/6kcyud7b #CATX #TargetedAlphaTherapy #Oncology
