Pinned Tweet
Ok…I need to take much more than the character limits of one tweet to explain myself and my opinions because now that I’m engaged with the people’s champion, it might be easier to point people here. So, let me first say a few things to set the stage:
Replying to @DavisMattek
The ecosystem is a grift, largely. Dress it up how you like, but all of this gambling-adjacent stuff is bad for the median user. It’s candy-flavored cigarettes, and less of it will ultimately improve the well-being of people on average.
As you’re watching these games today, remember it’s always a good day to unsubscribe from your paid fantasy services.
You’re down by 9. You just wasted 8 min methodically going down field to score.
How do you account for having a moron at QB who throws it 20 feet out of the end zone?
How is that even possible?
Imagine being down 3 possessions with 21 min left in the game and calling nothing but run plays en route to using 6 of those minutes for a possible FG.
Whenever a college coach becomes the first to understand the value of not using 35 seconds for every play when down 3 possessions, even in the 3rd quarter, it’s going to revolutionize the game. Like the forward pass
Ohio State really should recruit better WRs. They don’t seem to have anyone they want to even try to throw the ball to.
All coaches are morons. Indiana with an all time master class in time out management. And nobody is even talking about it.
Truly hilarious. Two timeouts in the bag and you get 1 offensive play when your opponent has 4th and 8 with 1:20 left.
I don’t watch a lot of minor league football but someone help me understand how Oregon was a favorite here.
I’m almost 45. Used to be a political science nerd. Even had aspirations for public office many years ago.
I legitimately cannot remember a time when we tried to decide elections on affirmative ideas.
Feels like it never actually happened.
Brutal luck for the Panthers that every single offensive player other than Hubbard missed the bus to the stadium.
I have a set of models that are entirely proprietary.
Today that model told me to stack Malik Willis and Douglas for ~15% of my portfolio.
I didn’t listen.
I did listen to the pollard and say flowers 40% allocations. So that was nice.
