Hi @British_Airways I tried to pay some balance on a holiday yesterday, which failed due to an error after payment saying an optional extra was unavailable. This has turned into a pending charge, but balance not updated on booking. Please can you confirm the money won't be taken?
Hey @O2! 👋 I have purchased an upgrade via @AffordableMob and they've said there's an issue your side for all upgrade orders and they can't fulfil. Apparently it's your issue and they can't give time line for fix. Please could you confirm when the issue is likely fixed? Thanks!

Anyone any idea what this fish(?) is that I saw in zanzibar? It was about 10cm long and swam/floated around near the surface of the water. Photo taken from above, while on a pier. Also no idea what the weird light reflection is as there were no lights anywhere 😕
