This was the incredible Broad River North of Chimney Rock, NC last October. I loved to Fly fish at this spot. I will miss this more than I can say.
My brother is back at work today after having had a stroke last week. He’s a prime example of the value of being fit and in shape as you age
Drove the I-40 corridor out of Tennessee into North Carolina today. Still shut down to one lane each way for 12 miles. Massive project underway. Hurricane Helene is still felt every day more than two years later.
My brother, a marathon runner, great shape, eats right, had a stroke this morning. Blood clot in his brain. Life is precious. Focus on what’s important.
