Just submitted, we're single handedly keeping Pro Am alive & have created more Twitch affiliates & partners than any league by a country mile. NBA 2K pro am needs an ESPN and we are filling that role! Let's gooooo @itsEvanCC #NBA2K27 – at Port Reading, NJ

When people openly disrespected our league, myself, my admins, in public on the timeline for days at a time, it was all good. When those same people apologize publicly, they get disrespected by people in the community. When you choose to disrespect someonne publicly, especially when it includes false accusations & flat out lies, a private apology isnt sufficient. The apology should be as loud as the DISRESPECT. I appreciate anyone who's come out on social media in front of everyone to take back hurtful words they've said in the not too distant past, that were damaging to our league, our brand, our reputation, when none of it was true or grounded in reality. Some of us are grown men, grievances between grown men should be handled between men, not put on public display. But if you choose to air out shit for everyone to see, best believe your amends-making will also be public. One day, some of the kids from the neighborhood carried my mother's groceries all the way home. You know why? It was outta respect.

Whos rocking the @DubThompson_ jersey patch in Pro Am?? What a thoughtful way to make sure his memory lives on. Proud of the #SOE crew for drawing this up. The patches are going to be uploaded on Xbox : Dagallis PSN : hoodieross or JonasKahnwaid @dayfri @cchoops246 @ToXsiK – at Perth Amboy, NJ

This week, SIBA lost one of our most loyal. Our brother, @DubThompson_, was tragically killed when he was struck by a car while riding his ebike. The loss has left a chasm in his family that can never be replaced, as well as within his #SOE fam. Dub loved this league, and most everyone in it. He looked forward to the future of SIBA & what it meant for guys like him. Guys who weren't the most skilled behind the controller, was never gonna be invited to the comp group chats. But in SIBA, like so many others in similar circumstances, he found a home. A place where his desire to play the game he loved, with the people he loved playing with, would be protected. A place where he can find ways to contribute to the community more off the court than on. He coached up so many current 2k pro am "stars", & coaching and running a team was something he enjoyed almost as much as playing. We're never gonna forget you, Dub. We miss you. And we'll continue the SIBA mission of inclusiveness & being a safe space for all players, all across the skill level spectrum. Please consider donating to Dub Wallace's family. No donation is too small. Give what you can. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. - Feach23 gofund.me/a79576652 – at Port Reading, NJ

We've raised over $1000 so far in today's cages for @DubThompson_ 's family. This is what #SOE means. We come together as a community. At the end of the day, 2K is just a game. But there's a real person behind every controller. Big shoutout to @cchoops246 for putting it together today. Its not too late to donate! twitch.tv/thesibanetwork

Today, in honor of @DubThompson_, who passed away suddenly & tragically late last night in a traffic accident, we are running a special @LiquidCages. $30 buy in with all proceeds going toward him and his family. Nobody makes a penny off the winnings, or running the tournament today. I haven't received any GoFundMe links yet, as @KHPJ97 is still grieving and is taking some time away from social media right now. As soon as I get something, it will be posted. One thing about the #SOE community, we always come together for one of our own. If you're not a member of the Liquid discord, join below. Players play free, captains throw up the $30. If you wanna be a captain, understand there's no money to be won today. Your $30 is going toward helping Dub's family get through the sudden loss of a family member. discord.gg/exmGXbjV @cchoops246 @ToXsiK @TV_Bullet @dayfri @JoeKnowsYT @TheNBA2KW @2KIntel @NBA2KLeague @2kProAmENews

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that long time #SOE soldier, SIBA veteran, & owner of @SibaLinx @DubThompson_ passed away last night in a freak car accident. Dub Wallace was not just only a die hard SIBA member, he was also a good friend to many of us. He will be greatly missed. Please be on the lookout for any future GoFundMe links over the next few days as I encourage our community to come together & help his family during this difficult time. Thank you. @Anaheart__3 @KHPJ97 @cchoops246 @ToXsiK @dayfri @HarlemEnergyNYC – at Port Reading, NJ

SIBA Court w/ judge @Anaheart__3 airs today at 2pm! Every league bans players when they violate rules. Most leagues cant impose fines because those leagues arent worth paying for. SIBA is. And SIBA Court is the best platform to get your side of the story heard, & get whatever fines you have significantly reduced or removed completely. If you've been banned or removed by an admin (especially @cchoops246) & they won't hear you out, and @2KsAdamSilver wont read or respond to your DMs, @Anaheart__3 will give you the chance to tell your side. She will give a 3rd party perspective from someone with no dog in the fight, who just wants to see SIBA grow & everyone to play together & get along. So if you think the admins are going on a power trip, abusing their admin privileges, if there was a huge misunderstanding, you "werent really cheating/didnt know you were in a zen discord", etc. your best bet is to get on SIBA Court. We'll even make sure the admin who packed you up is there for you to confront them. Bring your version of the events, screenshots, witnesses, vouches, proof, etc in front of hundreds of viewers. And if the admins were wrong, or on a power trip, expose em on SIBA Court in front of everyone. But, if it turns out you really got banned because you actually fucked up, its gonna come down to Pickles having mercy on you, and thats gonna depend on your attitude, your morale, your sincerity and your commitment to be a better teammate going forward. We're really the only league that can do this, because there aint nothing else out there worth it for players to go thru this much trouble. Just load up on a burner or something, or not play. Other leagues are so desperate for players & activity, you probably wont even be banned for 90% of the things you couldnt get away with here. This is what keeps the #SOE community solid, and separate from the 2K pro am community. People make mistakes, have lapses in judgment, get emotional. If thats all it was, come to SIBA Court, turn your camera on, and lets hear your side. And dont ever come on the show again. 2pm Eastern twitch.tv/TheSIBANetwork
