Erika Kirk is a complete construct. She is not a real person; she is just a grab bag mishmash of everyone else's ideas of what she should be, duct-taped together for a store window.
She is clearly trained to act, but lousy at it, she is completely unable to keep the same composure or emotion for more than ten to twenty seconds, which makes her entire performance feel incredibly disingenuous.
It is nothing more than a theatrical, predictable routine designed to manipulate her public image, switching from fake crying and dramatic whispering to enthusiastic cheering in the blink of an eye.
