Partially redesigned Wuk Lamat for the first half of 7.0. (Also secretly a study of Yusuke Mogi) #ffxiv #ffxivart
goal behind this redesign is to envision a version of Wuk Lamat which better aligns with her writing and characterization in the earlier parts of 7.0, and can later transition into her official design in time for Dawntrail's second half, serving a visualization of her growth. Lamaty'i begins as a sheltered teen from the capital with a lot of uncertainty alongside her ambition, which I tried to show by swaddling her up in more layers for comfort and keeping her turban from 6.55. Additionally, I tried to more clearly indicate her age by slightly redesigning her face, giving her a more stylized and youthful appearance more distinct from older Hrothgar.
