Anyone have issues with Touchless ID using @AmericanAir ? It always shows up on my boarding pass, but when I get to TSA they say I’m not enrolled and to call AAL. I call AAL they say it’s fine and to call TSA. Am I just SOL? It’s happened 6 times now…

I’ve exclusively flown @AmericanAir for 2-3 trips/month, for the last 4 yrs. Exec Plat status is not easy to earn just by flying. They screwed up a res of mine, resulting in me losing the LPs and missing status by 6k pts, and basically said “oops, but oh well.” Awesome.

Why do we never cover TEs???

Anyone else use @Ally? I love some of their features, but actually accessing my money is always a nightmare. Calling customer service ends up in an hour+ phone call, with about a 50% chance of success…on a good day. Why does it have to be so hard???
