Mois茅s L贸pez says Fuerza Regida is already living in 2032. Oct. 21 is National Archive Day, and few things matter more to Playboy than our archive. Seventy-three years of issues still shape the stories we tell today, thanks in large part to Archives Director Christie Hartmann, who keeps that history alive.
To mark the occasion, Christie pulled one of her favorite shoots: Shig Ikeda's "Surreal Ladies." Working with a 4x5 camera, Ikeda built dream-like scenes "piece by piece, on a single sheet of film," she says, layering images in a process that could take months.
