they run actions like this all the time. Him rolling away from the routes are why they get so open. its stellar design and an egregious turndown by the QB. Im supremely confident in the way I analyze Nix. You think im too hard on him because you watch him through the lens of making excuses for him. If the situation ever *was* bad I would say so. The truth is he's always been put in advantageous situations and consistently comes away with less than he should. Yes its not perfect, its never going to be perfect in the NFL; You should be able to function with great play calling, above average receivers and above average pass protection (not to mention *elite* pass pro like it was in years 1 and 2.)
