This Man City situation is just getting more ridiculous every single day. Prime Minister getting involved, relations between 2 countries apparently in danger. This is what German football fans have been warning you about for years, but you only cared about signing the next £50m+ player and mocking every other league for being broke. Ironically, now the Premier League has become the ultimate mockery. All integrity is lost. I‘d much rather have my league be broke but keeping its soul & values than the shitshow that is the Premier League right now.

Empty seats across loads of stadiums in the premier league this week again, I think the bubble has burst and they’ve pushed people too far.Most people simply can’t afford £70 a ticket to watch football especially when all the games are midweek now,ruining the game @premierleague

Blame Dyche, blame Edu, blame the players, blame who you like. But the truth is this #NFFC: Last season fooled us all. Me included. We’re just not as good as we’d like to think we are. You can’t go from 17th to 7th in the blink of an eye and think you’ve cracked it. Building an established Premier League club/team requires year upon year of gradual improvement. There is no magic shortcut. (3 managers in 3 months is certainly not it). It’s like trying to build an IKEA wardrobe without reading the instructions. Sooner or later the doors will fall off. We’re better than 17th for sure, and we may well end up as such. (In case you missed the post the other day, we’re the 12th best team in the League since this manger arrived). But if you expect Champagne football every week from Prosecco players, you’re always going to be disappointed. I’m not saying we shouldn’t strive to be better, but if we (fans) all just lowered our expectations a notch, we might actually enjoy it a bit more. After all that’s what we’re supposed to do right?🤷🏻
