did you read the rest of the document, or just the paragraph your IT cell highlighted? You are demanding an "unconditional apology" because the ECI placed facts on record. Yet that exact same official record explicitly admits that two Commissioners had to overrule work orders and officially mandates that future meeting agendas must be circulated in advance. The ECI literally documented their own internal rift on paper. Will you have the courage to admit you deliberately hid the rest of the EC's confession, or is democracy just a "convenience" when it suits your narrative? 🤷♂️

Don’t answer complicated questions. Answer simple question - why change the CEC selection process (didn’t trust the CJI or something else) and second why create a blanket immunity. Everything else is not needed. Just these two. And if you can’t answer those, then you don’t have any argument that is tenable.

The Election Commission, through it's official press note, has explicitly clarified that all decisions regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and its schedules were executed with the unanimous approval of the Commission.
The baseless uproar by the opposition was a deliberate attempt to mislead the people of India and cast doubt on our democratic institutions. This kind of politics, built entirely on manufactured falsehoods, is highly irresponsible and stands exposed today.
The people of India deserve the truth, not irresponsible fear-mongering for political gains. The truth is now in the public domain for everyone to see.

On June 24, 2025 ECI announced SIR will be done across the country, starting with Bihar. On July 28, 2025 I filed an RTI application seeking a copy of all the files vide which the decision to initiate SIR across the country was approved by the ECI. The matter went up to the First Appellate Authority- the Principal Secretary of ECI who in his order stated- “appellant is informed that the Commission has so far not taken any decision on initiating a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) across the country in 2025.”
So the question really is - who took the decision to undertake the SIR?
