Two former South Carolina governors, Republican David Beasley and Democrat Jim Hodges, have endorsed Democrat Dr. Annie Andrews in the state’s U.S. Senate race:
“We may have served as your governor from different political parties. But we agree South Carolina deserves better than more of the same political fighting”

ALERT: Justice Dept takes a 3rd crack at criminally charging James Comey
Here's the two-count charging document in Washington, D.C. federal court which alleges Comey shared national defense info with a journalist in 2016
Comey has already moved to dismiss case, arguing an alleged disclosure to NY Times has twice been probed before & wasn't charged

Note that the new charges against Comey are brought in an information, not an indictment, which means DOJ bypassed the grand jury. The Constitution requires charging via grand jury unless the defendant consents to an information, which does not seem to have happened here.
Pat Fitzgerald, Comey's lawyer "This most recent case involves an October 5, 2016 New York Times article that two different teams of prosecutors investigated during the first Trump administration. Both times the Government determined that no charges should be brought against anyone. Now, ten years after the article was published, the Government filed an 'Information' against Mr. Comey that was not approved by a judge nor issued by a grand jury. It purports to charge Mr. Comey with crimes that he did not commit."

Comey: "Well, they're back again.
It would almost be funny if it weren't such an appalling abuse of the Department of Justice. One that we cannot become numb to.
Nothing's changed with me. I'm still innocent. I'm still not afraid of these people. And I still believe in the independent federal judiciary.
And I'm still lucky to have an amazing family and an incredible group of lawyers and will stand up in court and fight the latest. And whatever comes after this, the next couple of years are going to be hard for all of us.
It's really important that we stand straight and keep the faith in America."

Q: Back to Chauvin -- what is your position on clemency for Derek Chauvin?
DEMUTH: So, are there any more questions to do with the fraud?

He's blatantly laying the groundwork to steal an election if his chosen candidate doesn't win... Minnesota will not take kindly to thinly veiled threats from a guy we've rejected three times (soon to be four)

ALT Let's all get behind Michele Tafoya in Minnesota. She's running a great race. Don't allow them to play with the Votes after the race is over. The Federal Government will be watching closely. The only way she can lose is if they cheat by playing games with the Ballots as they come in. We can't allow that to happen, because I won Minnesota three times, but they didn't give me the Victories, and Minnesota hasn't been "won" since 1972, when Richard Nixon claimed the trophy. Michele Tafoya has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be the next Senator from the Great State of Minnesota - She will not let you down! President DONALD J. TRUMP

A big win for MN: the Court of Appeals reversed an acquittal in a $7.2 million Medicaid Fraud case, so now the jury’s guilty verdict stands as it always should have. My fraud-fighting team will use every option we've got to hold fraudsters accountable. ag.state.mn.us/Office/Commun…

🚨🚨 BREAKING: U.S. forces are prepared to launch MASSIVE new strikes against Iran within 96 HOURS of Trump’s order, with the Pentagon developing targets that include Iranian nuclear facilities, military installations, and energy infrastructure, according to CNN. One official warns, “It will be a big effort.” Trump has not authorized the operation, but officials suggest an attack could come after the November 3 midterms.

Pay attention
There is something really concerning (and disappointing) going on in the US right now.
A dangerous and preventable situation.
Let me explain.

Jesse Ventura: “What happened in Minneapolis with ICE, they’re the Gestapo. This election is the most important election maybe in my lifetime. We have a party, the Republicans, who do not honor the Constitution. You don’t just go to war unconstitutionally. You don’t attack the Capitol, January 6th, and upend the change of power of the Constitution. I view Republicans today as fascist and anti-Constitution”
