Sub 50 PR in the top 400 meter heat yesterday at The Simi Valley Invitational. 49.44. Only freshman in the heat. Each race, I'm a little bit hungrier. Now setting my sights on 48. Brick by brick, we're building. Extremely thankful. #PolyFreshman #StillHungry #NeverBackingDown
