Vatican II changed no doctrines. Confirmed.
Pope St Paul VI condemns the idea that the Second Vatican Council represents a rupture with the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church:
"Therefore, anyone who thinks the Council represents a departure, a rupture, or, as some believe, a liberation from the Church's traditional teaching, or who thinks that it authorizes and promotes facile conformity to the mentality of our time, in its ephemeral and negative aspects rather than its certain and scientific ones, or who allows anyone to value and express the truths of faith as they see fit, would be mistaken."

Just so you know how dishonest this account is:
Notice his careful wording. He said "Rome Venue" not Vatican Venue. Why? Because this venue is not run by the Vatican! It is an Augustinian group that is not connected to the Vatican.
Lying about the Vatican for clicks.
BREAKING: Summorum Pontificum pilgrimage banned from Rome venue for any future events.
This comes after the pilgrimage was barred from entering St. Peter's Basilica by Pope Leo.

Replying to @papism101
I do not care about your Catholic paradigm. Thank God we were not inoculated with the virus of Scholasticism and Classical Foundationalism, we follow Holy Tradition (Oral and Written) as it was handed down to us from Jesus and the Apostles, as St Basil says.

Got caught lying and gives a non-apology.
Everyone who fell for the TLM pilgrimage ban narrative should be embarrassed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
I was misinformed about some of the happenings at this past weekend's pilgrimage in Rome. The banning of pilgrims from entering St. Peter's Basilica as a group was despicable, there's nothing else to say about it. But the moving of the Vespers was not dictated by ecclesiastical policy, and it was the organizers of the pilgrimage, not anyone at St. Mary Major or the Vatican, who chose to request a one-hour slot for a low Mass, due to the normal unavailability of that basilica on Saturdays. Owing to lack of good organization, they failed to communicate to everyone what was going on, and as a result, the unprecedented lack of a solemn Mass was easy to interpret as a snub. Finally, the policy of no photography is apparently a common policy at St. Mary Major's.
For all I know, even some of the above information is still wrong, but I believe it to be in the interests of truth to revise my earlier negative judgment, which would have been justified had the data reaching me been accurate.
