Last night, 19 year old Roberto Leon stole a vehicle from Clarence, NY which lead to a high speed chase…his charges were:
• 4th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (2 counts)
• 2nd degree Obstructing Governmental Administration
• Resisting Arrest
• 3rd degree Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
• Possession of Burglar Tools
• 3rd degree Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer
• Reckless Driving
• 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
• Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law Infractions
