Apple is going to miss big today - and the bleed will continue. Meanwhile trademark infringements on my favorite stocks continue in broad daylight $AMC and $GME -and for no logical reason so do the missing cease and desist letters from the companies . I’m beginning to think the negligence to stop them is just as bad as the infringements themselves. Even when Adam committed to Putting a stop to any/all of them that are occurring - this isn’t a month long process for offenses that have been occurring for years. What’s the haps @CEOAdam and @ryancohen ?

When the noise around the $AMC hits peak delusion, expect hyperbole from me. I’m going to mock the circus by joining it with bigger clown shoes. Shut down the unauthorized AMC tokens, wipe out the counterfeiters, and $AMC jumps 300% easily within 3 days. I’ve looked for every single rational reason why @AMCTheatres leadership hasn't formally hit Robinhood, Coinbase, eToro, and the rest with cease-and-desist demand letters—and there isn't one. The play is clear: enforce our intellectual property, cut off the synthetic dilution, and force price discovery back to the lit exchange! @CEOAdam can you give us a reason! This is a bad look for the company I love and I’m not going away.

AGREE! The more middle men that are put between “ownership” the more chance there is for counterfeiting to occur and to occur in LAYERS!!!- when a CEO publicly addresses this as Fraud and “synthetic garbage” which impacting the proper price discovery of the share - and they are blatantly using trademarks and underlying copyrights to be leveraged in total return swaps/ but when company executives and the board do not issue cease and desist letters to all that are I infringing is NEGLIGENCE to company shareholders.( and this has been going on for years just brought to the head with Robinhood “on chain” - everyday that goes by that the company allows the synthetic dilution to occur and even increase is negligence - as this is a civil crime against the shareholders!

Diversion - “AMC with the company LOGO” is the key code to basket swap $AMC in foreign exchange - this is disgusting blatant trademark infringement and counterfeiting in broad daylight @CEOAdam 3 posts to Vlad Tenev acknowledging the fraud but it has changed nothing - in fact they added 10% supply since then. This is a civil offense against shareholders - I look forward to you addressing this with cease and desist letters sent to all involved ASAP, ASAP was yesterday !?!?
