Solidarity with migrant workers!
“What happens when the world decides you are too different?” Powerful speech from Agnes Krhissoula Peters, migrant healthcare worker and campaigner on why solidarity is essential in the fight for equality and justice.

Solidarity with the Consultant members of @TheBMA ! The government is spending ££££ on weapons and the military. There is enough money in the system to pay health and care workers properly. Healthcare not warfare!
Get Ready for @DHSCgovuk attacks on @TheBMA Consultants Media stories trying to shame them for what they earn, calling them greedy, comparing their salary with that of a Band 4 support worker etc DHSC throw money on PAs &tACPs, but want Senior Drs supervising them to take pay cut

Solidarity with the Consultant doctors!
Consultants don’t want to strike, but after 18 months without formal negotiations, they cannot wait any longer. These strikes are planned to take place on 25 and 26 November, with Christmas Day levels of cover provided. There is still time for the Government to make progress.

Absolutely. Prevention is so much cheaper than remedying in individual and public health, workplace productivity, service and output performance, preventing short and long term illness, better learning and attainment and more equality and inclusivity.
Replying to @Oxfordite
There's a wilful refusal in UKHSA, the NHS and Govt to accept that clean air is as necessary in everyday life as clean food, water and hands. The whole system cost of clean air is enormously less than the whole system cost of the consequences of respiratory and airborne diseases.

And now their connections with Israel during the ongoing #genocide against Palestinians
Replying to @PortsTC
Well of course. I have never banked with them because of their connections with South Africa during the apartheid era.

Huge show of defiance from antifascists in France this weekend, called by @MSolidarites. Over 30,000 protested outside fascist Rassemblement National's conference on Saturday. Police tried to block undocumented migrant collectives from joining, but they resisted and blocked roads

Wonderful! Parabens Lula!

This is an important and brave message from workers at Meta, where the CWU have members. If the allegations are true that big tech firms have been suppressing the voice of @LulaOficial and ignoring extreme right-wing disinformation, everyone who believes in fair play should be seriously concerned. American tech billionaires must not be allowed to interfere in democratic elections - the future of Brazil must be decided by the Brazilian people alone.
