Russian regions are again under attack by enemy drones. Around midnight, a missile threat was heard in Lipetsk, and an attack was reported. It's likely that Lipetsk itself wasn't the final destination, but that air defenses were active there, and the missile fell over an industrial zone. Both Ukrainian and Russian monitoring confirmed the missile's fall after the air defense strike. Therefore, this is a case where the fire was caused by falling debris. In the Tula region, the Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk has already been targeted. The group of companies produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, urea, and methanol.

🇺🇸🪖🇱🇹More than 200 additional American troops are arriving in Lithuania today, the country’s president boasts. "We currently have a rotational deployment of American troops in Lithuania - about 120 soldiers are present at the moment. As far as I am aware, more than 200 additional troops will arrive today; this will bring us to nearly a third of the total number slated for deployment by mid-November," stated Gitanas Nausėda. The president added that the number of American troops stationed in the country could eventually reach around one thousand. Baltnews

I spoke with a spokesperson for the UK Ministry of Defence regarding the " unusual deployment of three Royal Navy nuclear-armed submarines, they provided the following statement: "Our nuclear deterrent is the cornerstone of our national security, protecting the UK and our NATO allies every moment of every day. We remain the only European ally to commit its nuclear deterrent to the defence of NATO. This means that all NATO Allies already benefit from the protection of our nuclear deterrent." Specifically, I had asked for an explanation regarding this unusual activity, explicitly inquiring whether it was routine or merely sea trials, but they did not confirm this. Instead, they spoke primarily of a "NATO defence mission and nuclear deterrence," which suggests that the movement may have been prompted by an external threat.

BREAKING: The U.S. announces that Poland has been selected to host Europe’s only PAC-3 Missile Maintenance Facility (the sole one outside the US). This is a dedicated maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) site for Lockheed Martin’s PAC-3 interceptors used in Patriot air defense systems. The facility will handle repair, refurbishment, lifecycle support, recertification, and testing on-site in Europe.

BREAKING: The Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) says Russia is developing a satellite designed to carry a nuclear weapon into orbit, potentially threatening thousands of spacecraft simultaneously. In its newly released 2026 space threat assessment, the DIA warns that a nuclear detonation in orbit could disable or destroy thousands of satellites and create radiation belts lasting years, damaging spacecraft long after the initial explosion. The threat extends beyond military satellites to GPS, communications, weather forecasting and critical commercial space infrastructure worldwide. The report does not confirm that Russia has deployed a nuclear weapon in orbit. Read the Pentagon’s full assessment: dia.mil/Portals/110/Images/N…

Putin Just called the USA terrorists (as he knows they are behind Nordstream) while in the same breath pretending they will cooperate in the Arctic as the US militarizes it. Putin knows none of this will happen and is playing along as its economically tactical.
🇷🇺Putin called the explosions targeting the Nord Stream pipelines direct acts of terrorism Other statements by the President at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF): The global gas industry is facing uncertainty: prices have risen sharply, but they could fall just as sharply; Russia is a responsible gas exporter and a reliable, predictable partner; Any attempts to exclude Russia from the global gas market will have serious consequences, above all, exorbitant costs for consumers; “Don’t dig a hole for someone else, or you may fall into it yourself” (on Europe’s restrictions and the energy situation in the region); Investment in the gas industry should be long-term and based on long-term gas supply contracts; Russia has proposed expanding consultations within the GECF on crises in the global gas market, coordinating approaches to energy supplies, and exploring ways to optimize fuel supply routes; Russia is exploring the possibility of working with the United States in the Arctic. ukraine_watch

UPDATE: 🇷🇺 Together with @SONARROW_OSINT, we have identified a FOURTH Russian cargo vessel, LADY R (IMO 9161003), loading new military equipment at the naval base in Baltiysk, Kaliningrad. One of the largest Russian military convoys yet appears to be about to leave for an unknown destination.
EXCLUSIVE: In a joint investigation by @InsiderGeo × @SONARROW_OSINT , we identified a large-scale Russian military loading operation in Baltiysk. Between October 15 and 16, we observed the Russian cargo vessels ASCALON (IMO 9198226), LADY D (IMO 9349289) and ANASTASIIA (IMO 9349291) loading significant quantities of military equipment at the Kaliningrad naval base, including logistics vehicles, infantry vehicles, MRAPs and troop transports. A rotation of other cargo vessels also appears to have taken place in the days before and after, although heavy cloud cover over the period makes this difficult to confirm. One or more large convoys are likely already underway. Their destination(s) remain unknown at this time.

The map shows the countries for which British embassies have just issued new FCDO alerts, much like what occurred shortly before the attack on February 28th. Compared to the previous travel advisory update, there are several concrete differences, most notably, it now states that "the risk of sudden escalation is high." Furthermore, while the previous update described the situation as "unpredictable," it has now been changed to "DEEPLY unpredictable," implying that everything could shift at any moment. Another significant change is the complete removal of any reference to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the U.S. and Iran on June 17th, as if the agreement were now entirely null and void.
