theodore roosevelt cute moments

In honor of #NationalAuthorDay, we wanted to highlight Theodore Roosevelt, the writer. In addition to being a voracious reader, Roosevelt wrote regularly, including more than 40 books, an estimated 150,000 letters, and over 400 articles. You can find these works on the Theodore Roosevelt Center’s website with hyperlinks to open-source websites for all of Roosevelt’s books and many of his articles: theodorerooseveltcenter.org/…. It’s also worth noting that many of Roosevelt’s children became authors as well. Alice and Ted compiled an anthology; Ted wrote five books, including two with his brother Kermit; Kermit wrote three additional books; Ethel wrote a forward to Farida Wiley’s Theodore Roosevelt's America: Selections from the Writings of the Oyster Bay Naturalist (1955); and Quentin was a poet and editor of The Grotonian. #AmericanAuthors #HistoricalWriters #AuthorSpotlight #WritersOfAmerica
