We had a great time cooking up a tasty treat yesterday. Cutting, measuring, mixing & tasting new foods was fun & the coronation chicken pasta was a big hit! The recipe made its way home with some of our chefs, so fingers crossed they try out their new skills at home too👩🍳 👨🍳 👌
We began our block of learning in the cooking kitchen. It’s good to try something new! Some loved our healthy weetabix/greek yogurt/biscoff dish 🥰… others, not so much 🤢 😆
We enjoyed our trip to the Riverside Museum and learned lots about transport in the past as well as a visit to the Tall Ship.
May was a busy month. Here are some of the things we learned, starting with 3d objects and their nets. We’ve learned to identify them and create our own models…
Thank you for visiting with your newest family member, Mrs Park @mpsrainbowroom. We loved meeting little Rocky today ☺️🩵
Take a bow, our P6 Muirhouse Marvels. They have all worked extremely hard this term, and should be very proud of their efforts and achievements 🥇 👏
A wee reminder to all, that we head out our spring walk with P1 tomorrow morning - returning for lunch. We look forward to a lovely walk in the sunshine. Feel free to wear casual clothes and remember a snack and drink. 🌞 🌲 🌼
P6 Volleyball has been a huge hit. Lots of great teamwork, cooperation, communication and developing skills on display today. We’re looking forward to some competitive action in our round robin competition next week!! ☺️👏👏 @MuirhousePS
Personal Talks- Just a wee reminder that these are due on Monday. The children have been given a checklist to keep them on track! Good luck everyone!
Huge congratulations to our P6 runner, who finished in an amazing 6th place individually and won 🥉 with her teammates from P6/7. Well done, we’re all really proud of you all! 🏃♀️🏃♀️💨 @NLActiveSchools
P6 had a busy day celebrating lots of stories and fun with our friends in P1. Thank you to our P6 book buddies for listening well and helping with tricky words … or reading to our younger learners. We’ve had a great day 🌍 📚 🐛 @MuirhousePS @MissMcCallumMPS
