Today was a great day of learning at New Principal Academy! Through engaging activities, I gained valuable insight into DCSD's policies and procedures. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and strengthen my leadership as I continue this journey!

Today, I conducted 'Hit & Run' Walks to observe standards-based classrooms & bellringers. To my surprise, our Head Counselor was leading a lesson.
Our PLF, Ms. Gustard led a PL on Effective PLCs to ensure our teacher teams are effectively planning standard-aligned lessons.
