Roark could take Driven's $DRVN debt back to 5x ND/EBITDA (vs. 3.1x currently) and buyout the 39% public float at $18/sh with only ~$200 mn outlay. Could then look to de-lever by selling Meineke, Maaco, and/or collision brands and only open Take5 franchisees (no co owned stores)
