My account was terminated TWICE for an APPROVED ASSET.
Roblox permanently banned my account (MohammedHO1) TWICE for an asset approved by their moderation.
On June 30th, 2025, my Roblox account was suddenly banned for an asset with no further information. The asset was appealed and approved on July 25th, 2025, and when it was approved, the violation was removed.
11 months later, on June 18th, 2026, the account received another termination for THE SAME ASSET.
Unfortunately, Roblox moderation failed to assist me, and the contents of the asset were not provided, which made it difficult to appeal. All I know is that it was approved.
This is a false positive and double jeopardy caused by their moderation system. The moderation has also failed to provide the actual ban reason, as there have been inconsistencies.
The right to access that I requested and received proves it was double jeopardy. It also stated I received a 1-day ban on July 25th, 2025, even though I was still banned at the time.
Note: The original ban page didn't show the asset ID, but the violation itself on the violations and appeals page did.
I hope I can receive further assistance on this, as Roblox moderation has unfortunately failed to do so.

Roblox states i cannot appeal as the consequence was applied more than 6 months ago. I WAS BANNED ON JUNE 18th 2026

Honestly I’m so lost, the asset was approved, two terminations for the approved asset and cleared asset, the violation was removed, the contents of the asset weren’t provided, yet i am still banned with no assistance from support.
I ask Roblox and its mods to review this technical error, i need to get back to my work.

In the second termination, it was "Harmful content/behavior" and was also changed to "Other," but later it became "child safety."

My Roblox account(MohammedHO1) was permanently banned on June 30th, 2025, due to an asset. On July 25th, 2026, the asset was approved, and the violation was removed. Later, on June 18th, 2026, the account was permanently banned again for the same asset ID (88642187151921) that was initially approved.
This is a crazy false positive and a double jeopardy, ive also faced inconsistencies on the ban reason as it changed multiple times.
I even have the right to access proving i was deleted twice. It also states that I allegedly violated the rules on July 25th, 2025, even though the account was banned at the time.
Also, no content of the asset was provided so it just made it much harder to appeal.
i ask roblox to look through this technical error as support themselves couldn't assist me despite the blatanty of the false positive.

I Honestly don't know what to do at this point.
They didn't even provide an image of the asset, so I don't know what's appealing. I just know it was approved before, and now I'm banned again for it😭😭😭
I just want to create games on the platform; I honestly couldn't care less about the asset.
AND the Reason changes a lot on the first it was "Inappropriate content / behavior" and then its other,
but on my current termination it was hamrful content/behavio and then changed to other.

Here is also the original ban page, and two images of the violations and appeals page: one showing the violation and one showing the violation not there anymore, proving it was removed.
I really hope this situation is resolved and the technical errors are fixed or at least noticed by the engineers to prevent this from happening in the future.
