#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek For many the isolation over the last year has been challenging. For me, working from home has let me use my ‘commute’ time for early morning and evening walks #Mindfulness
One of the benefits (for me) of wfh is using the commute time to go for a walk - to focus - then at the end of the day to reflect, using nature to help balance my body and mind. Now to work!
In these challenging and uncertain times for families, businesses and the contribution required of key workers its good to connect with nature and the balance it gives us to know - things will get better #mindfulness #hope

My light relief this morning - watchingTilly take 10 mins to eat her breakfast rather than the customary 30 seconds #StayAtHome #Mindfulness
I was woken up this morning by the most incredible dawn chorus. With all the current loss of life and stress that families & frontline staff are going through it’s as though nature wants to reassure us that (eventually) everything WILL be ok again #NHSheroes #StayHomeSaveLives

I love my garden and its structured lines - but the beauty of our countryside and its natural beauty never fails to inspire me #mindfulness
