SB Energy’s SEC registration statement reveals that its predecessor, SE Global Holdings, completed its conversion from a Delaware corporation to a Texas corporation on August 28, 2026.
Three days later, it adopted the SB Energy name.
The company is pursuing a Nasdaq IPO under SBE, with SoftBank as its controlling shareholder and OpenAI and NVIDIA as strategic investors.
Its prospectus discloses approximately $439 billion in contracted backlog and 8.8 gigawatts of contracted or under-construction data-center capacity.
The Texas reincorporation is already complete. The IPO remains separate from that completed legal move.
Many of us who read scholarly literature have noticed the that sometimes a footnote to an article contains the most interesting idea of the piece. I wonder whether the author didn't realize it at the time, or just wanted to minimize it because it didn't fit the article agenda?

Probably my greatest strength as a teacher is that students routinely come out of my classes saying they feel even more confused after listening to me than they did before.
A political candidate is just a vector in a policy space. You pick the one closest to your ideal point. Their personal attributes are mostly a distraction except insofar as they bear on their location in the policy space.
I still see teachers giving students homework assignments that count for large portions of their course grades. How do you justify this when the students can simply complete them with AI? This invites cheating and punishes honesty.
