SUI MACRO REPORT | NOVEMBER 6, 2026 1. MACRO + CRYPTO Markets attempted a Friday recovery, but risk appetite remains fragile. - Bitcoin: struggling below $76K - Ethereum: approximately $2,240 - Nasdaq: down 3.4% for the week - Investors remain cautious amid AI valuation concerns and shifting Fed expectations. Next week's inflation data could set the tone for the next market move. 2. ADENIYI: SUI APPROACHING EXPONENTIAL GROWTH @EmanAbio delivered a bullish assessment: "Sui's on-chain activity is rising and it's rising very, very quickly. We're on the verge of exponential growth." The focus is shifting from infrastructure development to measurable adoption: users, transactions, stablecoins, and real economic activity. 3. SUI BUYBACKS HIT A RECORD The Sui Foundation's stablecoin-yield-funded buyback program has reached a major milestone. Daily $SUI purchases have crossed 1.1 MILLION TOKENS. Why it matters: - Stablecoin yield generates ecosystem revenue. - Revenue funds recurring $SUI purchases. - Purchased tokens support ecosystem participants. This creates an increasingly important connection between stablecoin adoption and SUI ecosystem economics. Meanwhile, stablecoin holders on Sui are approaching 800,000. 4. SUIG: $47.7M Q3 NET INCOME SUI Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: $SUIG) reported: - Q3 net income: $47.7M - SUI treasury: 109.3M tokens - Approximately 82% of holdings staked. Important context: reported net income was substantially influenced by unrealized digital-asset gains, not operating revenue. Corporate SUI exposure continues to develop. 5. WALRUS + AI INFRASTRUCTURE @WalrusProtocol continues positioning itself at the intersection of decentralized storage and AI. Key developments: - Google Cloud collaboration through @Mysten_Labs. - Verifiable AI-agent activity. - Persistent AI memory. - Data provenance and ownership. - Perceptron's AI-training data migration. The opportunity: building the infrastructure for an AI economy that requires verifiable, persistent data. 6. SUI PRICE SNAPSHOT Latest @NoodlesFi prices: $SUI — $0.868 (+1.06%) $LOFI — $0.00873 (+2.90%) $WAL — $0.0288 (+1.42%) $NS — $0.0101 (+0.44%) $DEEP — $0.0147 (-0.34%) SUI market cap: $3.59B. 7. THE BIGGER PICTURE Three developments deserve attention: 1. Adeniyi sees Sui approaching exponential on-chain growth. 2. Stablecoin-funded buybacks are reaching record levels. 3. $SUIG now reports a 109.3M SUI treasury. Markets remain volatile, but Sui continues building through the uncertainty. The next phase is about converting infrastructure into adoption, liquidity, and sustainable economic activity. Watch the fundamentals. Ignore the noise. SUI MACRO REPORT — NOVEMBER 4, 2026 1. Sui Market Snapshot Another positive session across the Sui ecosystem. All five tracked assets are green: $SUI $0.928 (+4.92%) | $DEEP $0.0159 (+2.44%) | $WAL $0.0292 (+2.76%) | $LOFI $0.00915 (+7.17%) | $NS $0.0105 (+2.06%). Market caps: SUI $3.84B | DEEP $95.45M | WAL $77.85M | LOFI $9.15M | NS $3.56M. 24-hour volume: SUI $18.47M | DEEP $4.43M | WAL $857.6K | LOFI $118.27K | NS $67.48K. Prices and 24-hour changes: @NoodlesFi. 2. Macro + Crypto Markets U.S. equities rallied Wednesday following the midterm results: - Dow: +3.03% - S&P 500: +1.58% - Nasdaq: +1.44% - Russell 2000: +1.58% Bitcoin recovered above $78K after briefly falling below $76K. Ethereum climbed back above $2,300. A weaker dollar and improving risk appetite helped support the crypto rebound. 3. Midterms: A New Political Landscape Democrats won control of both the House and Senate, ending unified Republican control of Congress. The election uncertainty has passed, giving investors a clearer picture of Washington's political balance. Wednesday's equity rally suggests markets welcomed that clarity, although policy negotiations and economic fundamentals remain important. For crypto, the new Congress changes the path for market-structure legislation, including the CLARITY Act, SEC/CFTC jurisdiction, stablecoin regulation, and exchange oversight. A Democratic Congress and Republican White House could mean more negotiation and a less predictable legislative timeline. Historically, equities have tended to perform well in the year following midterms. This is an encouraging historical pattern, not a guarantee of future returns. 4. Walrus: October's Builder Momentum @WalrusProtocol highlighted major October milestones across AI, data, and developer infrastructure: - Google Cloud: @Mysten_Labs unveiled a collaboration using Walrus to help make AI-agent activity auditable. - Forbes: Walrus Memory and the Google Cloud collaboration received coverage. - Walrus Console: Unveiled at Sui Basecamp in Singapore and launched on @ProductHunt. - DATA Network: Walrus is becoming the default storage layer for @datafdn and Trace, an onchain registry for rights-cleared AI training data. - Perceptron: @PerceptronNTWK migrated AI-training datasets to Walrus. - Walrus Sessions: Session 8 celebrated builders creating chatbots with persistent memory. - Total Recall: A three-week hackathon launched with @Tatum_io, featuring $4,500 in prizes. Walrus is positioning itself as important infrastructure for AI data, persistent memory, and verifiable agent activity. 5. Sui Network Metrics Latest reported DefiLlama metrics: - DeFi TVL: approximately $470.7M. - Stablecoin market cap: approximately $484.6M. - 24-hour DEX volume: approximately $28.2M. - 24-hour transactions: approximately 55M. Bottom Line Sui's tracked assets are strengthening, with SUI approaching a $1B? No—$1 price level and ecosystem market caps expanding. Walrus continues building its position in AI and decentralized data infrastructure, while the broader market responds positively to the post-election environment. The political picture is clearer, but crypto legislation remains an important variable. For Sui, the long-term opportunity comes down to real usage, liquidity, developer activity, and durable economic demand. SUI MACRO REPORT — NOVEMBER 3, 2026 1. Sui Market Rebound Broad strength across the Sui ecosystem. All five tracked assets are positive over 24 hours. $SUI $0.885 (+2.35%) | $DEEP $0.0156 (+2.91%) | $WAL $0.0282 (+1.59%) | $LOFI $0.00845 (+1.66%) | $NS $0.0103 (+1.26%). Market caps: SUI $3.66B | DEEP $93.62M | WAL $75.37M | LOFI $8.45M | NS $3.49M. 24-hour volume: SUI $14.16M | DEEP $3.15M | WAL $716.12K | LOFI $12.43K | NS $45.18K. Prices and 24-hour changes: @NoodlesFi. 2. U.S. Midterms: Democrats Win Both Chambers. #BlueWave2026 Democrats have won control of the Senate and are projected by major media outlets to take the House. This marks a major shift in Washington's balance of power, with Democrats positioned to control both chambers of Congress while President Trump remains in office. The election uncertainty is now giving way to a clearer political landscape. Investors can begin evaluating the likely policy environment rather than trading around unknown election outcomes. 3. Why This Could Matter for Markets and Crypto Historically, U.S. equities have performed well in the 12 months following midterm elections. U.S. Bank reports an average return of 12.4% across its historical sample, rising to 17.5% for elections since 1980. BlackRock's analysis found an average S&P 500 return of 14.1% in the six months following midterms since 1970. This is a recurring historical pattern, not a guarantee: stocks have not risen after every midterm, and economic conditions remain decisive. The removal of election uncertainty may help investors regain confidence and refocus on earnings, interest rates, growth, and investment opportunities. For crypto, the congressional shift creates a new policy environment: - Market-structure legislation, including the CLARITY Act, may face a different path through Congress. - SEC and CFTC jurisdiction, stablecoin regulation, exchange oversight, and consumer protection will remain central issues. - A Democratic-controlled Congress and Republican White House could produce negotiations, oversight, and potential legislative gridlock. The opportunity: Greater clarity about political control may reduce one source of uncertainty. The next catalyst for digital assets will be whether policymakers can establish workable rules that support institutional participation, stablecoins, and blockchain innovation. 4. Macro + Crypto Markets Tuesday's U.S. close was mixed: S&P 500 +0.36%, Nasdaq +0.83%, Dow -0.38%, and Russell 2000 +0.23%. Bitcoin traded near $77,957 (+1.67%) and Ethereum near $2,297 (+2.12%). Big Tech and AI shares helped support the Nasdaq, while Treasury yields moved higher. 5. Sui Adoption + Infrastructure - @MercadoBitcoin is bringing SUI, USDC, and USDsui access to its 4.5M Brazilian customers, with broader tokenized-asset expansion being explored. - Sui's AI-agent initiatives are advancing programmable permissions, spending limits, and verifiable activity. Some capabilities remain in development or testnet. Bottom Line Sui's tracked assets are moving higher, and ecosystem development continues across payments, stablecoins, DeFi, tokenized assets, and AI infrastructure. With Democrats projected to control both chambers of Congress, the political uncertainty surrounding the midterms is largely behind investors. Historical post-midterm performance offers an encouraging backdrop, although it does not guarantee gains. For crypto, the focus now shifts to regulatory negotiations, institutional confidence, liquidity, and real adoption. Sources: @NoodlesFi (token snapshot); Reuters and AP (midterm results). SUI MACRO REPORT — NOVEMBER 2, 2026 1. Macro + Crypto U.S. markets closed mixed Monday. S&P 500 fell 0.51%, Nasdaq dropped 1.07%, while Dow gained 0.41%. Brent crude plunged 7.6% to $104.25 amid hopes for renewed U.S.-Iran negotiations. Technology and AI stocks remain under pressure. Bitcoin traded near $76,700 and ETH around $2,248 as crypto markets continued digesting Binance's security incident and customer withdrawals. 2. Sui Market Snapshot $SUI $0.865 (-3.87%) | $DEEP $0.0151 (-5.04%) | $WAL $0.0278 (-3.95%) | $LOFI $0.00827 (-7.37%) | $NS $0.0102 (-2.20%). Market caps: SUI $3.58B | DEEP $91.01M | WAL $74.21M | LOFI $8.27M | NS $3.45M. Prices and 24-hour changes: @NoodlesFi. 3. Security Is Sui's Ultimate Moat @EmanAbio emphasized that security will ultimately attract liquidity and users to Layer 1 networks. Sui's onchain policy engine aims to enforce spending limits and allowlists directly at the protocol level—even if a private key is compromised. Institutional discussions are underway, with quantum-resistant signatures planned. 4. Sui Adoption Is Expanding Several developments are converging: - @MercadoBitcoin brings SUI, USDC, and USDsui to its 4.5M Brazilian customers. - Hong Kong-linked tokenized gold XAUa is live on Sui. - @SlushWallet supports stablecoin gas payments across wallet activities. - @navi_protocol lets Ethereum users deposit USDC and earn through NAVI USDC Prime on Sui. - AI agents can use programmable permissions and trading limits. - @haedalprotocol's lending vault has surpassed $7M. SUI MACRO REPORT — NOVEMBER 1, 2026 1. Macro + Crypto October ended with heavy selling. The S&P 500 fell 1.82%, Nasdaq 2.86%, and Dow 1.09%, as concerns over AI spending and technology valuations intensified. Crypto remains focused on Binance's $6.3B security incident. Binance says approximately 95% of affected assets have been covered, withdrawals are reopening, and customer losses will be fully reimbursed. The FBI attributes the attack to North Korea-linked TraderTraitor. The incident reinforces the need for stronger custody and transaction security. 2. Sui Market Snapshot $SUI $0.899 (+0.35%) | $DEEP $0.0159 | $WAL +3.40% | $LOFI +2.43% | $NS +0.41%. Market caps: SUI $3.68B | DEEP $94.72M | WAL $77.21M | LOFI $8.81M | NS $3.53M. Prices and token data: @NoodlesFi. 3. Network Fundamentals Latest available Sui dashboard: - 38.58M daily transactions - 142,911 active addresses - 9,943 new addresses - $458.68M DeFi TVL - $437.44M stablecoin capitalization - $30.67M active RWA AUM Stablecoin capitalization continues growing. The next test is converting network activity into durable liquidity, fees, and application revenue. 4. Institutional Security + AI Agents @EmanAbio announced Sui's onchain policy engine, designed to protect exchanges and custodians through spending limits and allowlists enforced directly at the network level. Even with a compromised key, transactions cannot exceed established permissions. Institutional partners are already in discussions, with quantum-resistant signatures planned. Separately, Mysten Labs and Google Cloud's Verifiable Agent Arbiter uses Sui and Walrus to create cryptographic proof of AI-agent actions while keeping sensitive records private. Together, these developments position Sui around security, accountability, and verifiable AI execution. 5. Institutional Finance + Hashi @MercadoBitcoin's integration creates access to SUI and stablecoins for its 4.5 million clients in Brazil, with lending and future tokenized-asset expansion also planned. Hashi is entering its mainnet rollout window with more than $500M in capital commitments and 20+ partners. Actual deposits and live Bitcoin-backed lending will determine its impact. 6. Supply Watch Approximately 13.15M SUI is scheduled for November 1 unlocks, around 0.32% of circulating supply. These are scheduled allocations, not confirmation that all tokens have entered circulation. Bottom Line Markets remain volatile, but Sui continues building across institutional security, AI verification, stablecoin payments, and Bitcoin finance. The opportunity is substantial; sustained adoption, deployed capital, and measurable network economics are what matter next. Sources: Reuters, Financial Times, and TechCrunch (Binance incident); @NoodlesFi (token data); DefiLlama (network metrics); Sui Foundation and @EmanAbio (security, AI, Mercado Bitcoin, Hashi); Tokenomist (unlock schedule). Why Sui is different Sui uses an object-centric model written in Move, not Ethereum’s account-based EOA model. There is no concept of “setting code” on a regular address the way EIP-7702 does, because: • State lives in objects (with unique IDs, owners, and types), not inside accounts. • Smart contract logic lives in packages/modules, not as code attached to user addresses. • Transactions explicitly declare the objects they touch. Because of this design, Sui never needed a retrofitted EIP-7702-style patch.
Ethereum EIP-7702 was a deadly upgrade included in Pectra: EIP-7702 was authored by Vitalik Buterin, Sam Wilson, Ansgar Dietrichs, and lightclient (Matt Garnett). It was created around early May 2024 as a practical step toward account abstraction for existing Externally Owned Accounts (EOAs). EIP-7702 introduces a new transaction type (Type 4) that lets an EOA sign an authorization to temporarily (or persistently, until revoked) delegate execution to the code of a deployed smart contract. This enables features such as: • Transaction batching (e.g., approve + swap in one transaction) • Gas sponsorship / paymasters • Limited-permission keys, spending controls, and recovery mechanisms Role of EIP-7702 in the Binance Event 11/26/2026 On Ethereum, the “attacker” used EIP-7702 (the Pectra upgrade feature that lets an EOA temporarily delegate execution to smart-contract code): • They submitted a single Type-4 transaction containing 50 pre-signed EIP-7702 authorizations for the Binance hot wallet known as “Binance 14.” • The authorizations covered consecutive nonces so that at least one would match the wallet’s current nonce when the transaction landed. • This pointed the wallet at an attacker-controlled “sweeper” contract. • About 3 minutes 24 seconds later, the sweeper moved ~167,464 ETH plus 63 tokens (including ~1.6 billion USDT) in one transaction. The delegation stayed active afterward, allowing further sweeps of new deposits. On the other nine chains, funds moved via ordinary signed transfers. Investigators assess that the root issue was a compromise of Binance’s hot-wallet signing infrastructure (not a bug in EIP-7702 itself or a simple private-key leak of the cold wallets). Binance described the entry point as involving a compromised engineer’s laptop that allowed access to a service container used to submit withdrawals; the EIP-7702 step “did not pass through our normal approval controls.” Context and aftermath EIP-7702 requires a valid signature from the account being delegated, so it can only be abused if the attacker can induce or force the signing system to produce those authorizations. Similar “sweeper” abuse of the feature had already appeared after Pectra’s May 2025 activation (with many early delegations pointing to malicious contracts), but the Binance case was the first large-scale institutional use of this technique.

November is here, and SUI has another token unlock. What should we care about? On @SuiNetwork, around 13.15M SUI is scheduled to unlock on November 1, 2026. Some trackers show a larger amount of around 22.6M SUI on November 3 because they use different schedules and allocation methods. So how big is this unlock? → Total supply: 10B SUI. → Circulating supply: Around 4.118B SUI, or 41.18% of the total. → Scheduled unlock: Around 13.15M SUI on November 1. → Compared with circulating supply: Around 0.32%. The number might sound large, but I think the more important question is where those tokens are going. 1. Who receives the unlocked tokens? According to @coingecko's November 1 breakdown: → Early Contributors: Around 7.08M SUI. → Community Reserve: Around 4M SUI. → Mysten Labs Treasury: Around 2.07M SUI. These allocations have different purposes, so we should not assume that every unlocked token will immediately be sold. An unlock makes tokens available according to the schedule. It does not tell us exactly what recipients will do with them. 2. Supply will continue changing Sui has a long-term token release schedule, and staking subsidies also contribute to circulating supply over time. This means the November unlock is only one part of the broader supply picture. I think it is more useful to monitor the total supply entering circulation over time than to focus on a single unlock date. 3. Does an unlock always mean the price will fall? Not necessarily. Some holders may sell, while others may continue holding or using their tokens. Market conditions, liquidity, and overall demand also affect price movements. Historical unlocks have produced different outcomes, so I would not use one event to predict what happens next. The bigger story for November is whether Sui's ecosystem activity can keep growing as more tokens enter circulation. We are already seeing developments across different areas, including: → @MercadoBitcoin expanding access to Sui in Brazil. → New infrastructure connecting external liquidity to Sui DeFi. → Slush Wallet improvements that make transactions easier for users. → XAUa, the Hong Kong-regulated gold token from @AlphaTokenHQ, is live on Sui, minted with the Permissioned Asset Standard (PAS). → @navi_protocol opened its first EVM vault, built on @lagoon_finance infrastructure. → @HaedalProtocol's Lending Vault crossed $7M in liquidity. Token unlocks follow a schedule. Real adoption is much harder to predict. The question I keep coming back to is whether Sui grow its real network activity as more supply enters circulation? → We might get updates from @EmanAbio That is what I will be watching this November. I spent years at Microsoft. Windows was built on ideas borrowed from Xerox PARC. PARC was ten years ahead of everybody and nobody outside Palo Alto noticed until Jobs walked out the door with it. There's a big difference with @SuiNetwork though. Read @kostascrypto’s list: zkLogin, post quantum, SCION for validators, proof of solvency, native multisig, Walrus, SEAL, Nautilus. What isn’t live yet can be seen in Mysten’s research papers, linked below. Sui Threat Intelligence is scanning contracts on the network. Hashi, live on testnet, lets Sui sign transactions on the bitcoin network using a tricked out implementation of threshold Schnorr + FROST. Separately, VAA with @googlecloud was announced this month so a company can prove its AI agents did only what they were told. No one in Silicon Valley will ever forget the lessons of PARC. The difference with Mysten is that most of this has already shipped. It’s live on Sui's 40M TPS sports car of a blockchain and most of it is open source. The world hasn’t caught up to what we’re operating here. It soon will.
As far as I know, Mysten Labs is the only blockchain company that has consistently stayed one step ahead when it comes to security best practices. A few examples of what our cryptographers and security researchers have pioneered: - Native multisig without additional gas costs. We deliberately designed Sui to accommodate larger transaction sizes, making multisig a first-class security feature rather than an expensive add-on. Our cryptographers were among the first to productionize advanced multisignature techniques, even before Facebook’s Libra. - Cryptographic agility and post-quantum readiness. From pioneering production-ready stateless post-quantum signatures to developing the first backward-compatible post-quantum solutions, our team has consistently pushed the boundaries. This includes enabling cryptographic upgrades and key rotation while preserving the same blockchain address (afaik the first crypto agility design in decentralized ledgers is attributed to my team). - Modern hardware wallet security. We’ve recently taken additional steps to incentivize startups to build the next generation of secure hardware wallets. With what we see in the market, this is one way. - AI-powered vulnerability detection. Sui was the first blockchain to introduce AI-driven bug detection through BugDar, back then presenting at Google’s Next conference. We knew AI would mess up security. - Recovering the seemingly unrecoverable. We created KelpMe, introducing innovative approaches to recovering assets after mnemonic loss or accidental transfers to incorrect addresses, problems traditionally considered practically impossible to solve. KelpMe also won the Bybit Hackathon, demonstrating the real-world potential of this innovation. - Zero-knowledge authentication as a first-class primitive. We went far beyond using ZK for privacy or scaling. With innovations such as zkLogin and ZEE-CAT, and for a while the most used ZK app in the planet, we demonstrated how zero-knowledge cryptography could fundamentally transform authentication. - Proofs of solvency and exchange accountability. Undeniably, we’re the leaders. Our cryptographers designed some of the most advanced proof-of-solvency protocols and identified critical weaknesses in approaches used by major exchanges and auditing firms. - World-class academic research at startup speed. Mysten Labs has systematically pushed the boundaries of academic research productivity, achieving publication records that are extraordinary for a startup. Our researchers reached an incredible milestone of 5 papers accepted at ACM CCS and 4 at Financial Cryptography (FC) in the same year, two of the world’s most prestigious venues in cybersecurity and applied cryptography. And so many best paper awards. - Binary transparency with Walrus sites and crypto guard. Reality is we should have pushed further making it the standard for any crypto website, but at the same time we indeed genuinely try to fix the internet. - Scion from our Swiss team, IMO the future of internet communication, kill DoS, native packet protection. That’s a phenomenal achievement even for established university research groups, let alone a startup simultaneously building and securing a major blockchain ecosystem. And these are just a few examples. When you consider the size of our team and the breadth of its contributions, even compared with the much larger Ethereum ecosystem, I genuinely believe Mysten Labs has been one of the most impactful organizations in blockchain cybersecurity, with innovations that are applied in the whole financial sector. What makes this particularly remarkable is that we didn’t just publish research or build theoretical solutions. We repeatedly turned cutting-edge cryptographic research into production systems, often years ahead of broader industry adoption. No other org ever came close to that. Now with the AI vision of Evan, Mysten will do more miracles 🤞

So $LOFI and $ZUK mentioned by name here.... 🤔
Within 10 years, apps die. No app stores. No home screens. No taps. You’ll talk to the internet, or just think at it. #Sui

Sui's $500M Bitcoin play is due any day now. Hashi lets holders keep native BTC on the Bitcoin network and use it as collateral on Sui through hBTC, without selling their bitcoin. More than 20 partners are in the launch coalition, including Anchorage Digital, BitGo, FalconX and Ledger. Mercado Bitcoin is also exploring BTC lending through Hashi for its 4.5M clients. The catch is that the $500M is committed capital, not live deposits yet, and access opens in phases. How much BTC moves onto $SUI in Hashi's first month?
