5. Correctly handle "not understood" scenarios
A bot may still try to generate something when it doesn't understand something. Have a human in the loop to provide the input! The chatbot should remember that input and answer the question correctly in subsequent conversations.
4. Provide ways to prevent LLM hallucinations
Some example solutions include providing references or grounding the chatbot in data!
3. Expect out-of-scope input
Implement gates to ensure user actions fall within the scope and capabilities of the model. And train your model to be biased toward its capabilities and your organization's best practices.
2. Recognize the limitations of Slack UX
Slack Block Kit UX elements are limited compared to web applications. So, we've been building a web app for PromptOps that lets users jump from embedded links in Slack into an observability platform.
