The app works just the same as it did before with stock features vs. features behind a subscription -- not to worry. Try going into the settings (main app page > upper-left menu) and then turning on Video Recording. Then when you start a presentation you should see yourself.

Did you get our mail about the remote option on our website? We've been unable to reproduce a pairing defect with the mobile app remote. So I think this will take some further troubleshooting. In some edge cases we've seen router or network security settings interfere in pairing

Hi Michael. Thanks for choosing PromptSmart. The Lite app is limited in many of its functions and is a free trial to experience VoiceTrack scrolling prior to an upgrade to Pro. The Pro app would enable you to adjust the side margins to bring the text out from behind the notch.
