I rarely trust rookies, but Darryn Peterson's role gives me a reason tonight. 🧪 Early in the season, playing alongside Keyonte George, Peterson was mostly a traditional shooting guard. Then Jaren Jackson got hurt, and the rotation changed. Peterson began staggering more with George and taking over as the primary ballhandler with the second unit. The result was 17 potential assists across two of his next three games in the new role. In the fourth game, without tracking data, he still recorded six assists against a tough Spurs matchup.
