I almost deleted this screenshot. It's literally just a campaign saying “launched.” But this is part of what my work looks like: building campaigns, setting up outreach, managing email and figuring out how to actually get people from “we have a product” to “people know it exists.

Can you live without regrets? Heard something earlier today and it’s been on my mind for hours. Now I’m asking myself… can we really live without regrets?

I'm learning not to underestimate small wins. Handling rejection better. Getting better at interviews. Helping someone understand something. Showing up again. None of them feels huge alone. But together, that's growth.

Before Buffer, I thought content meant: “5 sales tips…” “3 ways to generate leads…” “7 marketing strategies…” Now I see it differently. Your experiences can become content too. The lesson is in finding the story.

Today I edited my very first video. 🎬 I couldn't save it because of a CapCut issue, but I'm not giving up. Every expert was once a beginner, and this is just the start of my journey. I'll keep learning, keep practicing, and keep improving. The best is yet to come. 💪🔥

One of the biggest GTM mistakes is choosing an outreach channel before knowing where your audience actually is Don't ask, "What's the best channel?" Ask: • Do they use email? • LinkedIn? • WhatsApp? • SMS The best outreach channel is the one your ideal customer already uses

Sales isn't about convincing people. It's about understanding how people think. Here are 10 psychological principles every freelancer and business owner should know: 1. Trust: People buy from people they trust. Build credibility before making an offer. 2. Emotion: People buy with emotion and justify with logic. Sell the outcome, not just the features. 3. Social Proof: Testimonials, reviews, and case studies reduce uncertainty. 4. Reciprocity: Give value first. Helpful content creates goodwill long before a sales conversation. 5. Scarcity: Genuine limits increase perceived value. Fake urgency destroys trust. 6. Loss Aversion: People hate losing more than they enjoy gaining. Show the cost of doing nothing. 7. Authority: Share your knowledge consistently. Expertise attracts opportunities. 8. Simplicity: Confused people don't buy. Make your message easy to understand. 9. Empathy: Listen before you pitch. People want to feel understood, not sold to. 10. Consistency: Small commitments lead to bigger ones. A follow, a download, or a discovery call can become a client. The best businesses don't manipulate people. They understand people. A simple framework "Brain"to help you remember when you're confused. B = Believe Can they trust you? R = Relate Do they feel understood? A = Aspire Can they see a better future because of your solution? I = Influence Have you removed enough doubt for them to make a decision? N = Next Step Have you made it clear what they should do next? Everything in sales psychology fits into one of these five stages. Now let's break down the psychology behind each one. B (Believe): Trust, authority, social proof, first impressions. R (Relate): Empathy, active listening, personality types, communication. A (Aspire): Emotion, desires, identity, pain vs. pleasure. I (Influence): Scarcity, reciprocity, loss aversion, anchoring, framing. N (Next Step): Closing, handling objections, follow-up, customer retention. I wish us the best. Good morning and keep the grind up.
Let's talk sales, how understanding sales gives you an advantage as a freelancer or business owner to make more sales. If you see this tweet check the quote later and bookmark it. It should be very useful to you thanks.

What I basically did to earn 1m a month, as a child of nobody, who has no connection, or mentor, just my phone, Internet and laptop. 1. Target foreign agencies in whatever niche you're in. 2. Send messages to people in your niche outside your country, your aim is to connect and build relationships not to ask for help, your referral will come in slowly lol you will be shocked. 3. Lower your expectations, and increase your outreach like mad. Why because in sales we send outreach a lot. So you're basically practicing sales in small scale. 4. Be humble, Don't think you have arrived keep learning and learning and learning. 5. Have a back up plan. 6. Post yourself online avoid negative conversation, even when people are laughing at you. 7. Learn how to communicate well and carry yourself. 8. Speak up when you need help. The worst you get is a No.
I'm 35. At this point in my career, I know people earning ₦1m–₦10m monthly remotely and if you ask them what exactly they do all day, the answer is they over see activities. One guy disappears for hours during workdays, goes to the gym, runs errands, attends family events and still gets "great job" from his manager. Another works for a foreign company, travels constantly and seems to spend more time at airports than on Zoom. Then I know brilliant people working 10-hour days, commuting through Lagos traffic and earning a fraction of that. The modern job market is one of the strangest things I've ever seen. The hardest worker is not always the highest paid. Not even close.

Prospecting gets a bad reputation because people confuse it with spamming. They're not the same thing. Spamming is sending the same message to 500 companies. Prospecting is understanding which 20 companies are worth speaking to in the first place.

Spent 20 minutes reading reviews for a logistics company today. Funny thing: Customers weren't complaining about delivery delays. They were complaining because nobody updated them during the delay. The problem wasn't logistics. The problem was silence.
