With regard to Data centers - if they want to move into a place, they should pay the citizens in the area - a UBI equal to the highest pay of the citizens in a certain area. And included 5% rate increase every year.

Have them pay their own electricity or offer to full fund the installation of solar panels on the homes of those who want the them.
Have the centers pay $5k in water delivery to every home in the area. (And it is not part of the UBI payment).

They still don't understand Gen X in the workplace.

🏡 Respect our time outside of work.
🤝 Trust us to do the job we were hired to do.
📵 Stop expecting us to be available 24/7.
We're not looking for an office to become our second home. We have lives, families, responsibilities, and better things to do than pretend a pizza party makes up for being underpaid and overworked.
Pay us fairly, respect our boundaries, and let us get on with our lives.
