it might seem crazy what i'm about to say but i think avatar would generally be worse off if dash had a dedicated button instead of an input macro. both players having to be careful with movement so as not to get accidental specials does genuinely mean something for the pace
it's been so long since i've had to deal with downplaying; a year or two playing xrd and acpr had "yeah that's fucked up i'm not even gonna lie to you" thrown at me most of the time. now in avatar everyone is playing politics where they hope they get buffs if they whine.
