Tip for our users:
If you want to move funds from PulseChain to other chains or even to your bank with more privacy, consider using @fluidkey.
With Fluidkey, every transfer is received by a brand-new address that only you control (self-custodial).
This helps protect your privacy, since outside observers cannot connect those addresses together or trace them back to your main wallet.

Dear Community,
At HEXscout, we’re preparing to establish a charity within the EU to help fund the upcoming marketing campaign. But beyond funding, we’ve asked: How can we maximize its impact?
We see three key pillars:
✅ Top-tier marketing materials – which @RichardHeartWin will likely lead.
✅ A compelling web experience – because visibility alone isn’t enough; it must convert to trust. That’s the foundation for mass adoption.
✅ A frictionless conversion path that even wins no-coiners effortlessly – that’s why we built Rampnow and are now expanding to the U.S.
We want to take point 2 — the websites — to a whole new level. Together with a leading agency, we aim to develop next-level websites for HEX.com & PulseChain.com that can captivate serious investors and sharpen the entire positioning. We’d also handle technical implementation if needed.
This is an investment of around 156k USD — small compared to the daily volume in our ecosystem, but with enormous leverage. Because a strong brand presence acts as a multiplier: every future marketing dollar works harder. Without it, even big budgets often vanish without ROI.
We’d realize this under our planned charity initiative. Before moving forward, we seek an anonymous signal that our effort is welcome. A symbolic donation of 0.5555 ETH to our address would suffice.
⚠️ Attention: This is not a call for donations!
We see the transaction as a gesture of support from a benevolent whale who wishes to endorse our project.
Why trust us?
Since 2023, HEXscout has operated 100% altruistically — gifting the community HEXscout itself, then Rampnow, and supporting in countless ways behind the scenes. We’ve stood by Richard not out of blind loyalty, but because we value entrepreneurial vision — and share his.
We’ll make this project 100% transparent, documenting every step here on X.
This is how we elevate HEX & PulseChain to the level of global crypto leaders — so traditional markets take us seriously.
If you believe in this mission, please share. Together, we take our ecosystem to the next level.
Thank you!
___
Understand the proposal
We’re talking about a world-class agency that has worked for brands like Swarovski, Lufthansa, Red Bull, OBI, Greenpeace, Austrian Airlines, Mitsubishi, Telekom, Nokia, and even Harry Potter.
These are not freelancers or a random digital studio.
This is the kind of agency that understands how to build brands that global investors and institutions instantly trust.
Here’s what we’d get:
✅ Strategic brand architecture: The same level of brand psychology and positioning that guides billion-dollar companies.
✅ UX design that converts: Not just pretty pages, but psychological flow that turns visitors into believers.
✅ Copywriting & storytelling that speaks to serious capital — not just memes.
✅ A seamless funnel for new money, designed by experts who know how to guide people from “curious” to “invested.”
This is why top brands pay them six-figure budgets — because it’s a multiplier.
It means every future marketing dollar goes further, every campaign performs better, every tweet or influencer shout lands harder, because the brand itself is rock-solid.
For HEX & PulseChain, this means finally having a digital presence on par with global financial heavyweights — something most crypto projects never achieve.
And through our initiative, we can make it happen at a fraction of the daily volume flowing through our ecosystem.
If you believe HEX & PulseChain deserve a brand that even Wall Street respects, support this vision.
Together, we make our ecosystem unstoppable. 🤝

I'm sick of hearing people say that it's not on Richard to help.
I'm sick of hearing people say "no expectations"
This community has been grinding so fucking hard to make this work, without Richard, for YEARS.
You guys should all be so proud of yourselves. You're doing great.
But you can't do this alone. Richard made himself the founder. He made himself the figurehead and the face of this ecosystem.
Not to mention he created a completely unnecessary environment where you guys are constantly fighting an uphill battle against fud and negative public perception due to his actions.
You guys sent him all that money. Changed his life. Worshipped him. Gave him so much love.
And what do you get in return? What does he do to fight for you? To enrich your lives the way you've enriched his?
Most of you are down bad. HEX and Pulsechain are dying, whether you will admit it or not. Some of you have never even used other blockchains, so you have no idea how small or irrelevant your chain currently is. Go fuck around on Solana, even the dumbest of memecoins goes to higher market caps than anything on Pulsechain.
Maybe he has a plan. Maybe he actually gives a fuck...but thus far I haven't seen anything but desperation moves.
Everyone else is up right now, except for you guys. And they have been up all cycle. I just got here and I've only ever lost money on RH tickers...lots of it. I can't imagine how much some of you have lost and it hurts my heart. And it seems to only be getting worse.
This isn't about me though, I'm just saying out loud what many others are thinking and are too scared to say for fear of being attacked by the mob.
If you think ETH prices are gonna save you, you're fucking high. ETH already approached ATHs this cycle and HEX didn't do shit.
If you wanna come for my neck over speaking the truth, so be it, but this shit needs to be said. There's a lot more I could say, but I'm keeping this civil and still hoping for the best.
I still believe in these products. I still believe in this community...and I'm not going anywhere. I really love you guys. I want this to succeed. I want you all to win. Its just the more that I see and uncover, the more uncomfortable I get.

I am not interested in Pulsechain investigations as that community did not prioritize building decent analytics tools or paying for integrations.
It’s difficult to analyze a chain without a Etherscan block explorer product on EVM chains
Without Chainalysis or TRM integrations complex investigations take 10X as much work
Without integrations for Arkham/Nansen / etc there’s few options for retail to read/interpret activity

You need new people to make green candles and you need green candles to bring new people.
Quite the conundrum.
But green candles aren't the only thing to bring adoption.
Good advertising. Instructional videos or discussions. Positive vibes. Friendly talks outside the community. These all work.
Remember the early days in the telegrams when 20 or 30 of us were teaching, guiding, helping people understand? And guess what happened? Adoption.
On the flipside, to some extent...squashing fears is essential, which can not 100% happen until the chain founder has his cases closed or resolved...over etc. But can give our opinions on the matter and explain our experiences with RH in the meanwhile.
We all want Pulsechain to moon.
We saw how hard that was before most of the highest of dramas. Add the drama stuff this community gravitates toward, and it becomes exponentially harder.
The entire community needs to speak and teach.
Out of 10s of thousands of Pulsechain users hiding in the telegram rooms and the X accounts....really only a tiny fraction ever even talk about Pulsechain things...and of them....most of those people are just arguing amongst themselves.
Very, very few people try to interact outside the community to show others that the chain is actually pretty neat. Also, very few people spend any time assisting people who may be interested in the chain. If you are one of those teachers or outreachers, thank you.
We definitely have a diverse community that isn't afraid to voice opinions amongst each other.
So I suppose when the community desires pumps enough....instead of doing nothing, or just complaining about price or each other, they will outreach.
I suppose if you're still around, a question to ask yourself before voicing negativity is "what have I done to raise awareness, teach, assist someone, etc. about Pulsechain.

What is wrong with you people?
Why do you insist on making meaningless re-branding and "upgrades".
- @0xPolygon MATIC -> POL
- Monerium EURe new contract mirroring old one and breaking all apps.
- MakerDAO rebranding to @SkyEcosystem with MKR -> SKY and DAI->USDS.
The above all in the past few days.
This field is already complicated. Using it, tracking it, doing accounting for it and historical reconciliation.
I have to explain these stuff to accountants daily. This is a joke.
Making meaningless rebrandings and upgrades and token swaps complicates things so much for your users and all apps consuming your data or using your tokens. On top of the already excruciating complexity of DeFi and blockchains.
Enough is enough. You are all not serious people.

The level of RETARDATION is extremely high with this one (quote post below), spouting off against the use hardware wallets.
Turning off comments is also cowardly AND reckless to those that may be lured in to believe this idiocy. Or, is she on the take? Either way, I strongly urge you to disregard her white noise in this quoted post below and LISTEN UP.
[This is where I pause while you read the post, so you have context for my rage-filled PSA that follows. Don't worry, take your time, I'll wait.]
Welcome back.
Let's begin.
If this claim were true, answer me these initial two (of many more) stumpers:
1. How did you generate your seeds?
2. How do you intend to securely INTRODUCE them into WHAT INTERFACE so that you may interact with them?
People that tell you that a $59 investment in a hardware wallet is "too expensive," or "too difficult for your pleb mind," are most likely USING A HARDWARE WALLET THEMSELVES, and just want to get their onboard numbers up and don't care that you'll get rinsed of your goodies by common exploits, somewhere down the line (and probably come crying to ME for a post-mortem and re-education, while THEY walk whistling down the road).
Ignore these MICRO IQ plebs and invest a whopping $59 in a Trezor/low end Ledger (that doesn't push seeds to any 3rd parties) and do crypto the goddamn RIGHT WAY.
It takes about 15 minutes to master the basics of hardware wallet use, and an extra 3 minutes to CREATE YOUR OWN PASSPHRASE.
There's another stumper. You see, these vendors that I mentioned above, both support that "25th Word," known as a "Passphrase." You create it yourself, it can be up to 50 or 100 characters long (depending on the vendor) and it is never held in the hardware wallet's memory (for Trezor, that is, with Ledger having a function to store it behind separate PIN, if you so desire...I don't).
But we do NOT trade away all of the security that you need, in this Crypto Game, for seemingly convenient gimicks, promoted by buffoons that take no responsibility for their "advice."
Those of you that know me by now, know that I've made myself available, for years, to our community to advise and coach people through the simple steps in using their hardware wallets. That means that those same people, today, have the power of the math on their side: 14 Quaturvigintillion to 1 likelihood AGAINST having their goodies stolen (from an exploited seed store file or key logger).
If you or your onboards need any kind of help to set up your Trezor (only purchase from Trezor.io) then DM me. Trezor now charges $99 for a session to do the same, but I never have nor shall charge a dime. I don't even have a referral code or kickback from ANY VENDOR. What do I get out of it? I get YOU not having your/your onboards' goodies ripped off and DUMPED ON THE OPEN MARKET, hurting the price of the assets WE ALL BELIEVE IN. I get to ensure that there is one more community member that doesn't lose their goodies and so enjoys sticking around through the next parabolic Bull Run, and beyond....perhaps onboarding themselves. Which leads to viral, exponential user growth and not just a fruit that dies on the vine (at the hands of the bad guys).
It all starts with a $59 investment and if you don't have $59 or the IQ to get yourself some Nikes, you may not yet be ready to run this marathon.
We can talk about securing your seed/ Passphrase backups as well. At least SOME of the post quoted below is not absolute garbage.
Wrap that rascal.
Spread the word.

Be well.

Do you know how to secure your #Crypto private keys(Words)?
You actually don’t need to spend bookoo money on a hard wallet to start 👍
Recently we learned that hard wallets might not even be as safe as we think considering Ledger recently pushed a service that uploaded your Key(words) to a server they host 🙄
Remember..
Not your server, not your data!
Get yourself a sheet of Stainless steel like this ⬇️

You could bury it 😆 but honestly getting a safe is worth it. No doubt have other things you SHOULD store in it anyway! Walmart has inexpensive ones. Some around $20

11 of my lawyers and I are fighting for your rights. We are defending open source software and especially open source blockchain publishing software from the SEC's attacks. The SEC sued the PulseX, HEX, and PulseChain publishing software, naming the software as defendants. Suing code is like suing an idea.
The Briefing in Support of the motion to dismiss, has now been submitted to the court and is on the public record. Next up, oral arguments, Oct. 24th. Code is speech. Blockchains are speech. Speech is a protected human right. Freedom of movement and assembly are also protected human rights. If you publish your belief in these ideals publicly, you should not be punished, nor should any free digital recognition you receive. May the honorable Court protect your rights from the unelected bureaucrats that seek to harm you. Free speech isn't free if you need beg permission first.

Mistaking correlation for causation: massive meme coins, nfts, and loads of major scammers is a symptom of a frothy presently successful L1. It is not the reason for its success.
People discussing how to make pulsechain great again seem
to think we need more scams and meme coins to be successful.
That’s like saying you need more diabetes to fill your grocery store. No you need farmers, transport, mills, distribution networks and stores to facilitate trade and major people providing these services. In other words an economy.
You get diabetes once you’ve created an efficient large scale supply network of calories to end users.
This cycle SOL has progressed in this regard and has thus had heaps of meme coins and scams. This was true of BSC and Ethereum last cycle. The scams and meme coins didn’t cause SOL’s success.
SOLs success comes from having:
1) Product: strong innovative product and market fit
2) Adoption: strong user and institutional adoption (think CEXs, partners, bridges and other infra)
3) Leadership: strong leadership - Sol has Toly working the entire Industry and many major whales backing it even though it lost its biggest whale.
Similarly Tron has been an outperformer this cycle
1) Product: product market fit serving stables in non western countries
2) Adoption: strong user and institutional acceptance. They own Huobi and are on every major CEX.
3) Strong leadership - like him or hate him Justin Sun is everywhere. Every major conference, partnering with people, M&A activity. Running wBTC. He is a TikTok celebrity with Asian girls.
None of this has to do with meme coins although you’ll find big ones in both.
Memecoins do bring users and eyeballs and inflated volume which is useful but you need to have the other three things first. Otherwise you end up with meme coins that can’t really break 10mn market caps before the get rugged. Nobody is gonna come to pulsechain for such a thing. They are after the next Pepe and that can’t happen until we fix 1,2,3
So where is Pulsechain currently:
1) Product: Pulsechain is intentionally not very innovative so that won’t be our differentiator. It hasn’t found a product market fit yet with L2s scaling Ethereum quite well. This is a problem for matic, ftm, bnb, avax etc this cycle so we are not alone. So we need to keep working on this.
2) Adoption: we are on one CEX. We are losing community members currently not picking them up.
3) leadership: our Justin Sun is keeping his head down for now. But I suspect he will be back and that’s what I’m waiting for.
In fact it’s quite hard to imagine 1,2 improving until we fix 3.
So by all means go have fun with your meme coins and nfts on Pulsechain. But stop pretending that this is going to fix what currently ails us.
We need to have a return of leadership, a product with a clear and useful mission, and dramatic growth in user adoption. Then we will get 1bn market cap meme coins on #pulsechain. We will even have a 10bn dollar meme coin called $Hex

Price isn't the best indicator of a coin's quality. If it were, then Bitcoin and ETH dropping 95% occasionally would've have meant they sucked. In fact they were amazing, and 2 of the best performing assets of all time. Unfortunately quite many coins do actually suck, and occasionally the price down action matches their intrinsic sucktitude.
Germany dumped billions. GOX released billions. Numerous bankruptcies ate hundreds of millions in legal fees and dumped/dispersed billions. That likely also caused a lot of taxable events that wouldn't have otherwise happened. A rare bunch of liquidity events in short succession doesn't speak to the quality and function of real cryptocurrency.
You see a lot of people quite upset, including me, that prices aren't giving the constant dopamine of all time highs, as is so often the 4 year cyclical case. Maybe those times are just around the corner, volatility is the price you pay for the world's best performing asset.
TLDR; Price up, people think anything is good, price down people think anything is bad; in reality, price discovery is a messy process and things' real value is hard to ascertain.
