amazing example of how front and side setbacks and reduced capacity ruin the street vibes AND deny people a backyard. You could re-do the massing here so it goes up six stories, no front or side setbacks, and keep a yard in the back. A coworking cafe or something at the front.

Whatupdoe Detroit!!! It finally happened - I helped bring all these Koreans to Detroit, to watch the Pistons and to tour around the city. They came straight to LCA after 14-hour flights - and the Pistons surprised all of us with customized jerseys!!! I'll be showing them around Detroit, starting with the Henry Ford Museum / Greenfield Village!!! So if you see some small group of Koreans touring around, please say whatupdoe!!! #Detroit, Cass Ave, c.1976-2025. This northward view of Chinatown in the Cass Corridor before its marked post 1980 decline. Chung's hung around until 2000, and the building still stands. The long gone luxury 1910's Aderna Court Apts was reduced to a low rent hotel by the '60's.
