This is his medical report, he needs an urgent open heart surgery, the cost of the surgery alone is 8,000,000
But there are other pre surgery requirements and post surgery requirements which mage the total sum 16M.
So far we've been able to raise 3.6M through the help of kind hearted Nigerians like you.
