So sad to see the beloved Central Park Horse-drawn Carriage Industry ending after over a Century, based largely on one tragic accident. When there is a car accident in the area, of which there are many, they don’t stop cars from entering the Park. So why would they stop the Carriages? It was a Great Tradition. Another piece of History that’s gone. It will be missed! President DONALD J. TRUMP

There are a LOT of people in California ready for change.
People are sick and tired of paying $7 for gas. They’re fed up with $800 car registrations. We’re paying some of the highest taxes in the country, and people are asking: What are we getting in return?
Enough is ENOUGH.
I’m pissed off. The woman I met today is pissed off. And everywhere I go, I meet Californians who are fed up with the cost of living and the way Sacramento is being run.
This isn’t about polls. It’s about real people, real frustration, and real conversations.

We were there exactly one year ago. We had a great time there and in Modena and Bolzano. I am so disgusted with Europe. If I return it will be only to Poland where they have kept their borders closed and cherished their culture.

No one likes changing the clock, me included, but Congress has enacted permanent Daylight Savings Time multiple times before and repealed it each time once Americans experienced absurdly late sunrises in the winter. Climate change is real and it’s happening right here, right now. That’s why I’ve spent the last eight years taking climate action seriously and positioning New Mexico to lead in the clean energy economy.
Today, more than half of New Mexico’s electricity comes from renewable energy. We surpassed our 50% renewable energy goal five years ahead of schedule. We’ve doubled our wind power capacity, built one of the fastest-growing clean energy workforces in the country and attracted billions of dollars in private clean energy investment.
The data is clear. So is our responsibility. New Mexico will keep leading.

NEW: State Department officials are closely monitoring reports of a suspected pneumonic plague death in Siberia after a lab accident involving live bacteria.
A 28-year-old lab worker reportedly became infected after a test tube broke while she was collecting samples.
Foreign officials have not disclosed the full extent of the potential exposure, but nearly 200 people are now being monitored as a precaution.
